The engraving in my order was done nicely, although was a bit small on the pint glasses. The issue is the quality of the glassware. There are a lot of imperfections which is unfortunate. Not sure why they don’t use a better quality glass as a canvas for their artwork.

I was absolutely blown away by the two beer glasses I bought from Crystal Imagery!! The quality is great and the shipping was unbelievably fast (arrived next day after design approval!!). The engraving even picked up on some pretty small details in the image I sent. Ordered these as a 30th birthday gift for my brother with his old band logo on them. I can't wait to get his reaction! It's a great product. I'm not too tech savvy and I was looking for something a little different but had no gif so I just took what was available. I then wanted the same thing available on all three types of glasses and nearly got it, but not quite. There probably was a way to do it, but I didn't see it at the time. I guess that's why I like talking to a person in a store. But, the people I bought it for, love it, and that's what is important, and it is my second order, so I approve.
