The logo I sent in was a perfect match to the sample that was provided on the glass. The final product arrived undamaged and perfectly packaged. Truly, better than expected. The experience started off with a quick email about a custom logo flute. After supplying them, Laura, with a high enough resolution picture they created a logo proof which was sent to me. I loved the proof and was told it would look the same. Well, I received the custom glasses, I ordered crystal, within a week from order and they are OUTSTANDING! If you are on the fence about ordering something, don’t be. They are great from start to finish. This was my second order from this company.

This is my third order from crystal imagery. My first order was for some etched bourbon glasses. They really came out beautiful. After I received them I realized I needed a few more. And the second order was just as good as the first. This time I needed a special gift for a good friend. He served in our military and just got approved for citizenship to our great country. The only problem was it was kind of a rush order. So I called in and they assured me I would have the special order on time. I did a small order for a special occasion and got the glasses in about 2 weeks. I have been working with Crystal Imagery on another larger project for a major celebration. That won't be for over a month, but I am sure I will get the same great service I got on my smaller order. I did request a sample glass before hand and it was favored by all over other etched glassware providers. I will follow up later when the large order is placed and received in 6 weeks.

My order came in quicker than expected. On a downside, one of the mugs I ordered came shattered. However, after contacting the customer care team, they were very quick to reply and were open to replace the broken mug or send a refund. Though it was a setback, the agents resolved the issue quickly.
