Since this was my first purchase from Crystal Imagery I will admit, I was worried and slightly skeptical that my purchase would turn out like I wanted...but I was NOT disappointed. My interaction with Crystal Imagery started with me sending an image to be added to crystal whiskey glasses. I honestly anticipated a reply saying they couldn't accommodate my request since the image was so detailed. To my surprise I received an email the next morning with a rendering of what the glass would look like. Man was I shocked! First by the quick turnaround and second by the rendering. I decided if the end product was half as good as the rendering, I would be satisfied. Fast forward to me receiving my product and WOW! I don't write many reviews but when I do it's either 5 star and deserving or 1 star...and also deserving. Crystal Imagery gets 5 Stars hands down. My glasses were carefully packed. First wrapped in white tissue paper followed by a brown paper mesh and last surrounded by packing peanuts. All four glasses arrived quickly and in great shape. Approximately 2-3 days after I ordered my glasses I received an update stating they were ready to ship. I am delivering the gifts to my buddies tonight and I can't wait to see their reactions. Amazing job Crystal Imagery and thank you! I look forward to working with you again on my next glass idea!

Placed an order for 30 glasses. Over a period of 2-3 days, they worked with me to get my image perfect. Took about a week to get them once ordered. Definitely would recommend crystal imagery.
