I asked if they could do some special additions to the items I requested like add a second letter to the monogram and add a name on the other side of a city beer mug and also to send me art for my approval before it was made. I was received with kind and competent professionalism and all my requests were responded to and and accommodated in a very timely manner. I would absolutely return to this company to get more of their personalized items and would recommend them as well.

The team was fast and responsive and was able to show me how my custom mugs would look. I gave them a rough estimate of what I was looking for and they almost nailed it on the first pass at the design! I had my mugs a few days later!

So I called and spoke to Laura, who was so helpful and sweet to me. I also wanted crystal not just a plain glass. She went over options on the phone with me and had me email her the name, which she then sent over to the design team and then I corresponded with Julie and we got it just perfect!! She sent me several proofs to see what I liked and exactly where I wanted the name. I have the green light and they were made so fast and shipped out, I was shocked. I just gave them to my boyfriend and he was in awe!!! Loved his gift so much, can’t believe I went to all the trouble to customize it even more then the ones they already had online. And what a fantastic company and what fantastic women helped me make this gift come together just perfectly!!!
