My Company hs been purchasing from Printerinks for several years without a problem. However in the last few months we have lost confidence in them. The product and especially the after sales situation has met an all time low. Ordering has suddenly become complicated and trying to obtain a refund for returned goods wrongly sent has met with just negatitive responses

A very prompt delivery and well packaged. I am, however, concerned that one of the inks (CYAN) is in different packaging and product coding to the other inks which are labelled 'G&G'. I hope that when I eventually need to install this set of inks that the colour rendition will be up to standard. The previous batches that you sent, which were all identically packaged, were perfect.
