Great service & options as always. Have used Printer Inks for years and always happy & impressed with there options of premium & budget options but always high in quality.

Inks always work. Only ever had one that the printer refused. A suggestion from printerinks sorted the problem in a few minutes. Brilliant!

Very good substantive service but too many add ons/distractions around the edges.

As stated, delivered to my home within 2-3 working days.

All good but I did not see the tip about the cartridge looking too small until much later. It would have been useful to have basic instructions in the package or the in box. It would save time for your customer support staff as well.

Ordering was easy, however having paid for quick delivery, it still took 2 days, probably due to Christmas mail.

The top level choosing of make, type and actual variant of printer makes cartridge finding a breeze!

Cartridges are good, more reliable than Epson ones. Delivery was quick. However, very disappointed that I didn't receive my promised free gift, what a shame!!

Much too complicated and I wasn't asked for my delivery address so it almost went to the wrong place. Don't think all these free offers help. Just offer good value product.
