We received our gorgeous adirondack chairs and side table within 3 days of ordering, such incredible personal service delivered by Meryl and Tony themselves! I can honestly say we've already thoroughly enjoyed the chairs, so comfy even without cushions. We look forward to many opportunities to enjoy relaxing in the garden in them as the Spring progresses !!

I can't tell you how pleased we are with both the LuxWood product and the outstanding service. Our Adirondack chairs are superb - they look great with a genuine natural look yet are ideal for our harsh seaside climate. We ordered the Adirondack chairs and a side table for a newly completed patio area. We wanted a robust and low maintenance product and decided to take a chance without knowing much about either the product or the company. The product is excellent, heavy, sturdy and the quality is second to none. I have suffered a spinal injury and was a little nervous about sitting in such a contoured seat but they are supremely comfortable and caused me no issues. Both my wife and I were surprised when Tony and Meryl, the owners of the company arrived to personally deliver the chairs and side table. They both set about removing all packaging and ensured all of the items were of a high quality and without defect before carrying them into our garden due to my spinal condition. The service is second to none and the quality of the products are also second to none. The personal touch of Tony and Meryl driving from Hereford to Fife to deliver the items personally, blew us away. I would definitely recommend the products and this company who anyone who wish to buy from a family business who clearly care about the service and products they sell.

After seeing this product on line we were definitely going to purchase as we were delighted with the design and the fact that it was using recycled material was a definite plus. Absolutely beautiful furniture which we’re absolutely delighted with. Quality and standard is excellent and the chairs and tables really do look and feel like wood (but without all the hassle and maintenance!). Having spent hours hunting on the internet for Adirondack chairs for my garden, I struck gold when I found LuxWood Patio. The chairs are just what I wanted - not only elegant and comfortable but also eco-friendly (made from recycled milk bottles). Tip top service from the company - they were personally delivered by Tom and Meryl on Easter Sunday and NO self-assembly is required. What more could you want! I am so pleased with them and have already been showing them off to friends and neighbours. All are agreed that they are lovely and a really elegant addition to my garden. Highly recommended.

Meryl and her husband own the company and import the chairs from USA. She was extremely helpful when I first called to enquire and offered to send samples of the various colours. We made our decision last Saturday and we received them on Sunday. Excellent services. The chairs look very pretty but sadly it’s been too cold to enjoy them so far.

Excellent company, from the product, to the service and delivery. Before I ordered 8 lovely Adirondack chairs, I phoned LuxWood and had the pleasure of speaking with Meryl who was easy to talk to, and answered my many (probably tedious) questions. She offered to send out colour samples so I could check my preference before ordering. Once I had ordered, despite their delivery van being full for the forthcoming weekend, Meryl went to the trouble of organising a larger van so that the chairs could be delivered that same weekend. Delivery and set up was included in the price. Meryl kept us informed of the estimated time of arrival, and arrived on time. Meryl and Tony then set up the chairs in our chosen location and gave us a demonstration on how to fold them up and recommendations on how to care for them. They were both friendly and professional, and applied Covid precautions. As to the product, these chairs are beautiful. Solid, sturdy, comfortable and excellent quality. They really do look like wood. I bought the chairs to create a New England style seating area with firepit in my garden and I wanted the chairs to look like aged wood so that they blended in with the natural surroundings. I chose Coastal Grey colour and they really do have that aged wood, rustic look to them, including the grain you expect to see. I am so pleased with the chairs and cannot fault the service or product we received. Thank you both!

Excellent service and product quality. I emailed back and forth to get some more information on the chairs, responses were always very quick and helpful. Delivery was great, 4 chairs and a table arrived, fully assembled, with no packaging, and were placed on the patio first thing Easter Sunday morning!

We have always loved the look of adirondack chairs but were never very happy with the upkeep required for wooden ones or the quality of plastic alternatives. However, we count ourselves lucky to have discovered LuxWoodPatio's adirondack chairs. They really are the ideal, sustainable solution. Ordered 1 week ago and delivered personally from South Wales to North East Scotland on a Sunday morning. We can only concur with all the reviews - the service provided by Tony and Meryl is second to none - the chairs seem extremely comfortable we've only had them since Sunday so haven't yet had any use ! Folding Adirondack chairs. Excellent communication and customer service. Delivered on a day to suit me, carried into my garden and no packaging to dispose of. Shown how to open and close the chairs which have not yet had much use due to the weather. But they are very attractive, sturdy and feel well made. They look as nice if not nicer than the website images. I did a lot of research before buying these chairs as they are expensive but I am very pleased with them and glad I paid that bit extra.
