We ordered two Adirondack chairs on a Thursday, and the follow up order confirmation and emails were so personalised and professional, I sensed a different level of service. I was not wrong when both of the business owners turned up with my chairs 3 working days later at our house; exceptional service. The chairs are well constructed, very comfortable and made from recycled plastic bottles in an amazing range of contrast colours. Very happy to recommend this company and its products.

This company offer outstanding service with a personal touch. The Adirondack chair looks like grey painted wood but without the maintenance. Really comfortable, solid and an extra bonus is that it folds up. I can't praise this company enough, great communication, instant response to queries and a first class product.

I was looking for something special for a special wedding anniversary present and found Tony and Meryls website That was a great start with well laid out info on the product and you could see and feel the quality over other types I had seen on line. The service I received regarding a “can’t be missed delivery date” was so caring and honest with follow up and straight answers even on a Sunday! When the chairs arrived on the day required my research had clearly paid off Refined materials , well constructed and striking colour Tony even delivered them personally to Anglesey and prebuilt too!! Just the best service I think I have ever received. I ordered two chairs which were delivered by the owners Tony and Meryl. No packaging and no having to build the chairs. Brilliant. Tony and Meryl kept me informed re the delivery and the date and time they were going to deliver the chairs. They even texted me when they were about half an hour away from my house. The chairs are lovely, well built, They look very attractive and I love the colour of mine. They are easy to clean and I can leave them out all year. No rubbing down and staining every year. In fact I have just ordered a side table and two foot rests to go with the chairs. Thank you again for a FAB service and eco friendly product.

We recently purchased two Adirondack chairs from Luxwood. We received excellent service and we love our new chairs. The chairs look like real wood, but will be maintenance free. They are very sturdy and we are certain that they will last for years. One of the biggest benefits of purchasing these chairs - they are made from recycled plastic! Highly recommended.

Having sat in numerous Adirondack chairs whilst travelling around Canada and found them to be amazingly comfortable, we decided it was time to get our own. When we found LuxWood through an online search we were not only pleased to find these chairs, but also collapsible ones. We quickly ordered two 'Fun in the Sun' chairs which were quickly delivered, in person, by Meryl and Tony. We immediately liked them such that we asked about a footstool and side table. Our second order soon followed which arrived today. Suffice to say, we are even more delighted so another order will be going in when I've finished this review. What service! We were told Saturday afternoon but then had a phone call asking if Saturday morning would be OK. They came, set everything up and left us completely happy. Considering that they had to go to Stonehaven, Leven and Ayr before spending the night in Carlisle we were happy to let them go. The chairs are fantastic and should certainly see us out. The fight will then be which of the family gets them

Luxwood really went above and beyond to get two folding Adirondack chairs delivered to my parents in law for my father in laws 80th birthday. It was not a straightforward transaction as we live in the USA and we needed a different invoice to be drawn. They handled it all beautifully, even managing to arrange delivery while keeping the items a secret. The chairs were fully set up and put exactly where they were wanted in the garden. My parents in law are thrilled with both the delivery and the quality of the chairs. We are very, very happy with our decision to go with Luxwood.
