Tony & Meryl were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! From the excellent communication about the chair delivery (which they personally do!) to customer follow-up after. As a long time owner of this type of chair I was delighted to find these non-wood versions as my wood ones rotted. The big selling point for me was also that they come fully assembled and ready to use. Thanks both for a great product and service. Stumbled across LuxWood Patio whilst searching for a somewhat nicer lounger-side drinks table. I wish i'd found them sooner; I dipped my toe in the water with the purchase of said folding table and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Now got my eye on a companion table for it - and those Adirondack seats look beautiful. I'm not sure I can help myself.......! Customer service was impeccable too, very personalised and attentive - now that's the way to build a loyal customer base!

We have been looking for new garden furniture for some time. After some extensive research and reviewing many options I finally ordered 2 chairs, foot rests and table in coastal grey From luxWoodPatio. Meryl contacted me immediately as she noticed an error in the delivery address, which were hand delivered a few days after order on a Saturday morning. The quality of the chairs are super and the link to a more sustainable source is all very reassuring. I would highly recommend these and the company. First class in a sometimes confusing and difficult world.

We attended the Spring Harrogate Flower show and was looking for some garden furniture when I saw this stall. So friendly and helpful. We ordered two chairs and a table and extremely delighted. They were delivered fully assembled by Tony and Meryl. They showed us how to fold up and pack away if we wanted, but the product is frost and winter proof. The service was exceptional and we were delighted with the product. Thank you guys.

Having done quite a lot of research we decided to order our two Adirondack chairs and table from Luxwood. Even though we ordered on a bank holiday weekend, we immediately received communications from Meryl and Tony confirming our order and giving an indicative date for delivery! We only had to wait a few weeks until Meryl and Tony delivered them in person and set them up for us around our firepit. They are even better than we imagined they would be - great quality, a lovely colour, and just the right size.... and then there is the comfort level! Amazing! We absolutely love them, and are looking forward to many happy hours surveying our garden and keeping cosy with the firepit. It is a beautiful set, comfortable, very study, lovely colour and just what I wanted. Super communication, delivery to the exact place I am going to use it in my garden. From start to finish, I can’t rate this company highly enough. Ordered over the phone, had any queries answered by Meryl and given a delivery date and approximate time. En route, I received an ETA so no waiting in all day. We were so impressed that Meryl and Tony delivered chairs, footstools and table personally and placed them in situ,fully assembled and ready to use. We are delighted with the lime green colour, which sets off surrounding plants and the quality is excellent. It was nice to meet the owners who are very friendly, courteous and enthusiastic about their product. We ordered a pair of these chairs whilst at Malvern show. Couldn't believe how comfortable they are. Just one week later, after excellent communications, our chairs were delivered and set up. We are really pleased with them, particularly as they won't require maintenance (unlike our old wooden steamers). A great experience, from start to finish.

Initially saw these chairs a couple of years ago but had trouble sourcing them so we were delighted in finding them at Harrogate show, delivery was so quick and the chairs incredibly comfortable the whole process so easy, we were kept informed at every stage and would definitely recommend

I am so pleased with the adirondack chairs - they are the perfect thing for my deck, and so well made. Also got foot stools and two of the side tables to go with them. The tables are even better than I expected - at the same height as the chair arms and big enough for several plates or dishes, plus they have a great folding mechanism. Their chairs are not cheap but I went with them because: - the chair seat is 2 inches wider than any other I could find - the quality looked excellent (it really is, and so sturdy) - they had a colour I really liked - I loved the idea of chairs that could just stay out all year, in any weather, and no need for covers or a shed - adirondack chairs are comfortable enough that you don't need to store or drag out cushions. - I loved that they would bring the chairs fully assembled and place them in situ - after the last time I had to assemble an adirondack chair I have learned to appreciate the value of not having to do it myself. Tony and Meryl were lovely, highly professional, communicated flawlessly. Very happy with my purchase, and look forward to sitting on my deck enjoying the view for years to come.

It is not often in the current economic climate you get such personal service. Tony and Meryl are a great example of how we can get this country back on its feet. Put the effort into your business, place the customer first and go over and above what is expected. Nothing was too much trouble, a delight to do business with them. I would highly recommend them.
