Absolutely shocking customer service. I don’t mind companies closing early for Christmas on Christmas Eve but the lack of communication around this was awful. No changed voicemail, no email auto reply, nothing on social media. I was led to believe they were still open and needed help with an issue. They emailed this morning to thank me for my numerous calls and emails, and completely missed my point that they should have communicated better that they were closing early. EDIT See their reply for further arrogance and missing the point. Splitting hairs over the word “numerous” without engaging with the real issue.
