I’ve still not received my package

When I ordered the items I expected delays due to the time of year, yet again the speed & efficiency of Bondara, really amazes me. Their dedication to detail and speed at getting their orders out and then off the their delivery partners is second to none, that then is were my problems started, as I put on the redirect for the delivery company, which they didn't look at and which meant the 1st time I was in was a week later, I checked where my parcel was, the app told me it had returned to the office as I hadn't been in, strange as I hadn't left my house all day, next day I picked my parcel up from the office, when I'd explained I had waited in for it all day yesterday, the operative commented, oh its happening a lot lately and I'll have to mention it to our depot manager.
