Une organisation irréprochable, une disponibilité exemplaire et des petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Tout était parfaitement préparé à notre arrivée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans aucun souci. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse. 🦠 MOLD EVERYWHERE – TOTAL HEALTH HAZARD! 🚨 DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚨🦠🦠🤢 The apartment is on 129 Rue Blomet, Porte de Versailles, 75015, Paris If I could give this place 0 rating, I would. My pregnant fiancée and I booked this place, thinking it’d be a nice stay in Paris. But as soon as we walked in, we saw mold everywhere—on the walls, the ceiling, everything. It smelled terrible, like a health hazard waiting to happen. We called the landlord right away, and their answer? “We’ll send a technician.” Are you kidding me? This place needs a hazmat team or just to be shut down completely. Mold this bad isn’t just gross—it’s dangerous. We didn’t even unpack. We grabbed our stuff and left immediately, booking another hotel instead. Later, we contacted the landlord, and they offered us 40 euros as a refund. Really? For a place we couldn’t even stay in for five minutes? That’s just insulting. WE LOST OVER 400 EUR ON THIS PLACE. We’re now reporting this to the French health authorities because no one should be allowed to rent out a place in this condition. We’re also trying to get our money back through the bank, but who knows if that’ll work.

The location of the department is perfect but the cleaning was not so good. We had to use the vacuum as soon we put the loggage inside

Radiator on the ground floor was poorly mounted, with anchors in the insulation rather than in wall itself, and sure enough, when pressing the power button, it just fell off. I reported it, sent all the immages, showing that this has happened already 2 times before (two previous holes on both sides), and hostnfly thanked me, and pointed me to their local referent (who never showed up to even take a look). Sure enough, two weeks later, they just took the entire security deposit, without even an explanation or a slight effort to justify their view. I am traveling a lot, and have never encountered this much disrespect and arrogance from my hosts before. It is sad that this experience will leave a bitter taste and ruin the visit of one of the best cities in the world in Paris. Hostnfly should be ashamed of themselves, and you, my dear fellow traveler, shoould avoid this company - "hostnfly" wherever you see their name.

Je suis très satisfait de l’appartement de Mme Marianne situé dans un immeuble très propre et bien entretenu. Rien à dire bravo à touts les propriétaires et locataires.
