Great service! Very easy and user friendly booking service online, and no hassles on the day. This is the second time we’ve booked our annual boiler service as the price was competitive and reasonable.

The team at Grand Union were all extremely helpful and professional when we had a problem with our boiler. They sent Andy out the same day we contacted them and have been quick and efficient in providing subsequent quotes. After contacting multiple companies, it was so refreshing to have our issue taken seriously, tackled quickly and explained to us in a way we could understand! This is a very easy company to use they send me an annual update for my servicing I can then book it - all covid secure. Not problems at all with using this company.

Had Mitch booked in for a boiler service, who turned up on time and carried out the boiler service as normal. He also recommended that he couldn’t test the boiler to max because of an insufficient water supply to the boiler, so we have had main water supply pipe changed and it’s changed everything, so great service and the advice has made a big difference as well.
