Lauren the office manager is professional, fully customer focused and exceptionally proactive. She does what she says she's going to do. A rare thing. If you're looking for stuff to get done, these guys deliver.

We had our old boiler replaced today as it had run its course, I received a text to let me know exactly when the engineer was arriving, he worked hard all day, very friendly and approachable, come home tonight and the house is super warm… they had also previously continued to service our old boiler, now in with the new, highly recommend this company!

Very professional and punctual. In less than an hour they serviced the cylinder, fixed the flush button and also repaired the pipes in the sink that was leaking water.

The whole process was seamless. I booked a boiler service on Grand Union’s website a week in advance and received texts on the day to let me know when an engineer would be round. Andy provided the boiler service and was really knowledgable and thorough. Would highly recommend!
