Requested and received a quote on the same day I submitted for a service to our Megaflo (Unvented Cylinder). Was then easily booked in at a convenient time on the same call. Grand Union replaced an aging boiler and 3 x radiators at my house. The service was excellent throughout. Both Andy and Mitch were really helpful, tidy in their work and conscientious to get the job completed despite an "interesting" technical issue identified late on a Friday evening.
