Great service however i ordered the black and white rain kiss poncho and the black and yesllow was delivered i kept the product as i didnt have time to send it back to ask for a replacment

Only used a couple of times but so far very comfortable

I ordered some short, fleece-lined Hunter wellies and they were delivered promptly. Unfortunately within a two weeks it was plain that they were leaking. Welly Warehouse processed the refund efficiently but did not refund the postage costs. I could understand this if I had just changed my mind, but when the item is faulty I think the whole cost should be refunded.
