The five stars are for customer service in sorting out a slight problem with two pairs of wellingtons which were sent by mistake with the rest of my order which were fine. I found that I could return the wrong two pairs free of charge and the ladies in customer service were able to get the two pairs of wellingtons which should have been sent speedily on their way.

Goods easy to purchase, unfortunately the Hunter wellingtons (knee high) I ordered were too narrow, and my calves are on the slim side (why don’t they make two sizes?) Have since returned the boots. According to Royal Mail tracking system they were received 3 working days ago, so I’m hoping the refund to my credit card is processed soon.

Wrong wellies were delivered, wrong size, wrong style and wrong colour. I contacted and was told to return and original wellies would be despatched. I returned them the next day and sent proof of posting. I waited a week no wellies. I contacted to be told no longer available. I asked for a refund which took12 days.

Only one item arrived and took almost 2 weeks to arrive, the other never arrived and have since been issued a refund. I will not be buying from this site again.
