United Kingdom | 10 September 2024Although it took three attempts to get a pair of Wellies that were waterproof I was most impressed by the customer service department, and the online service desk made it so easy to communicate the issues and share photo's. In the end I chose a Barbour Bede boot, and these proved watertight, whilst the original selection of Grubb's Highline allowed water ingress via various seams when standing in water, presumably a manufacturing fault, entirely outside the control of Welly Warehouse.
