Ordered grubs highline 2.0 in mahogany and they sent me the wrong colour in a mahogany named box they were an olive green and when explained that it was their fault proof with print out that showed different colours they had the cheek to charge me £7.99 for return delivery and deducted it from my refund for there mistake, will NOT be using them again 😡

Unfortunately, they were too big so four stars due to lack of size information on the website for this particular style - (some suggest going up or down a size from your normal fitting). That said, the query I sent in was dealt with well and the returns process was simple. I would order from them again.

I bought a pair of Grubs Frostline 5.0 boots in the sale. They are lovely shade of blue with neoprene inserts. I am a UK size 5.5 so had to buy a size 6 as Grubs don’t do half sizes, i wear thick socks and the boots are very warm and extremely comfortable. I am extremely happy with the boots and the service from Welly Warehouse and would recommend them for the wide variety of wellies they stock.
