Prompt service and splendid wellies

The wellies came quick enough but unfortunatly came in the wrong colour. After sending a Number of photos showing the green wellies and white label (should have been brown). Customer service still didńt seem convinced. I got sent a label to print and send back the said ítems, which to me was a lot of effort on my part. To me a better solution would have been, for them to send the correct boots and exchange at my front door. No the family friendly service that they seem to pride them salves on.

My wool turned up well packed and within a few days. Will definitely recommend this company to others.

The boots arrived in good time. I had to phone up with a query about sizing and the person I spoke to was very helpful and went away to find the answer. Unfortunately I had to return the boots as they were too small but the process was easy and I received my refund quickly. Many thanks for a great service.
