Hace años que tenemos el dominio y el alojamiento contratado, desde cuando era Configbox. Sin embargo, en esta última renovación nos han colocado un Pack de dominio que ni solicitamos ni necesitamos, y además es considerablemente más caro que el dominio básico. Nos enteramos de la existencia del dominio básico a través de un foro de internet, donde explicaban que debíamos contactar al soporte técnico para obtener ayuda. Aunque finalmente lo hicimos, me siento decepcionado porque considero que tengo derecho a ver claramente las opciones disponibles y a elegir con libertad, sin tener que recurrir a foros en línea o contactar al soporte para que me envíen un correo electrónico que me redirija y me permita realizar el cambio. Antes, nunca habíamos tenido problemas con la renovación; era un proceso sencillo y podíamos gestionar fácilmente los productos contratados. La factura llegaba al momento, pero ahora tendremos que esperar hasta principios del mes siguiente.

I recently had the misfortune of attempting to use Nominalia for a domain registration. The process was cumbersome and slow, with multiple steps and unnecessary delays. Customer service was abysmal, with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seemed to be unfamiliar with their own products and services. To make matters worse, they were unable to solve a simple problem with my registration, even after providing all the necessary information. This entire experience was a nightmare, and it makes me shudder to think what it would be like if I actually had a technical problem with my domain. I can only imagine the level of frustration and helplessness I would feel. Needless to say, I would not recommend Nominalia to anyone, not even if it was free. There are far better providers out there who offer a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Atención muy amable, intentando informar mas que vender. Precios muy competitivos y expresados de forma clara, sobre todo el coste del hosting una vez ha pasado el primer año de "oferta", en otros que he visto no queda claro.

Nominalia is by far the worst company for domain registration and hosting, based on my personal experience. I purchased a domain from them and cancelled its renewal, yet it remained active in the background, continuously deducting money from my Mastercard without authorization. Initially, the domain purchase seemed affordable at $12, but they later charged exorbitant fees, even up to $100 a year. Moreover, their hosting service is highly susceptible to hacker attacks due to weak systems and numerous bugs. I strongly advise against using their services; it's best to steer clear of Nominalia altogether.
