I have been using Chase Eyecare for a few years now. Mr Puri is so lovely puts you at ease straight away and very professional. He takes time to explain things to you and there is never any rush with an eye test. I also had a problem with an irritation in one eye they fitted me in to see Mr Puri who found the problem and removed 2 eyelashes that were curling into my eye brilliant service. The ladies are so helpful when choosing frames especially Louise so very patient. I would 100 per cent recommend Mr Puri and his team they are the best opticians I have ever been to

I brought my demand avoidant autistic child for an eye test because the practice was recommended by Seeability. My child often struggles with heslthcare professionals, but Chase Eyecare were amazing. My daughter engaged with the eye test process and is happy to return in the future. This is a big win for me! She is consistently wearing her glasses and taking care of them which means they are definitely benefiting her. I have since had my eyes tested and health checked and the care has been calm and all my questions have been readily answered. It has been helpful to see someone who not only does eye tests like an optician but understands visual stress and light sensitivity as these are factors for myself and my child. As a mother I would very much recommend Chase Eyecare. We have been with Chase Eyecare for quite sometime and we noticed a few issues with our son’s eyes and literally the first time meeting the staff and the optician we were listened to and taken care of. Before we knew it, we were seeing a consultant at hospital to rectify the issue with my son’s vision and he has been discharged back to our amazing opticians. The staff are so lovely and friendly, they make you feel welcome and they don't try to rush you out the door like the big high street opticians tend to do.
