I’ve been coming here with my sister for years, we always feel welcome and the staff are always really nice. I would recommend to all families! Excellent eye tests as well.

My daughter is neurodivergent she has ASC and HDHD- so taking her to appointments is usually very difficult and a trigger for her. The team here at Chase Eyecare opticians are exceptional with their inclusive approach towards her, my daughter loves coming for her check ups- she is comfortable and compliant with the optician as he is so friendly and calming. I would 100% recommend their service to all family’s.

Fantastic customer service feel very looked after we had a horrendous time with specsavers and chase eyecare not only resolved our issues explained why they were happening and supported us through everything Mr Puri put all of the members of our family at ease and we are incredibly grateful and won't be looking elsewhere ever again

Myself and my daughter have been coming here a while and always been treated very well. Staff are amazing friendly and the eye tests every easy and Mr Shakeel Puri is very sincere, makes you very relaxed and goes above and beyond to talk and explain everything. I would 100% recommend chase eye care. Prices are very affordable for all families. Even was offered coffee ,biscuits and treats. Very friendly atmosphere and very professional

After taking my daughter to two other eyecare providers before chase eyecare, the glasses she received didn't seem to help until seeing Mr Shakeel Puri at chase eyecare, it's clear to see that after seeing Mr Shakeel Puri and getting the tinted lenses her vision is 100% better, would definitely reccomend.

Excellent service provided for my daughter the consultant Mr Puri and all staff members always take time to interact and put my daughter at ease. Good choice of glasses for her also especially when her glasses broke and were replaced straight away.

Ive been coming to this chase eye care for quite a few years always felt welcome staff are brilliant and so friendly its definitely a safe place to bring family to have there eyes checked I wouldn’t go to another place highly recommended. Mr Puri puts my children and myself in best of care and we feel we have the best eye test here. Have the smartest and elegant glasses and a maximum choice which are very affordable for families.

Each time is a great experience; all the staff are kind and knowledgeable making each visit easy and stress free throughout the entire process from the eye exam with the consultant, being able to have in depth conversations about the condition of my eyesight as well as the help of picking and fitting of new frames afterwards with the dispensing team.

After a terrible experience a few doors down I came to the practice looking for help, my children desperately needed an eye test that I could trust.... 2 years later we are still visiting Mr. Puri, I wouldnt go anywhere else. I would recommend to parents, carers and anyone who needs excellent eye test they can rely on. The staff are excellent with the children, they will work to any budget and have a lab onsite so if your little ones have an accident they will quickly sort it out. The test itself is through and when my little boy needed a test but couldnt read letters they did every test to fit him! Recommend , i couldnt enough if i tried!!!
