I ordered 2 standard pillows, they arrived very small. The company sent me a return label after agreeing they were small/faulty. I sent them back they have had them a week, and they are now ignoring me... I see this has happened to someone else too.. Customer service is terrible.. The pillows are of amazing quality but VERY small. they should clearly state the size so you know it's not a standard pillow. I am hoping my bank can help me with a refund if these Cowboys dont respond UPDATE 16TH FEB- After message and calling them on whatsapp i finally got reply, after i asked shall i contact my bank. Said they had refunded me and would be 3 days, and they are upgrading the customer service... Lets hope this is the end of it. They really need to respond to customers to keep you reassured.

The company emailed me a return label and I returned the parcel but now the company will not respond to the emails I have sent about my refund. i am very disappointed with the service.

Pillows are firmer than they say they are the sizing is very strange standard queen and king so hard to decide what size pillow you actually need to get , have to pay to return the pillow you do get your money back but takes multiple emails to send before you get a reply

Faulty pillow and ignoring my messages. On the 16/01/24 I informed Talatex that a pillow I bought for nearly £80 was faulty, it is lumpy on one end and thin on the other end. I sent loads of photos to prove this and they said they would replace the pillow to which I agreed to. Since then they have not done anything, not answered my messages and I know they have seen them on whatsapp. I`ve tried ringing them on whatsapp and the phone just rings out and they NEVER answer. If you ring the number on their website it says this number is not accepting calls! The customer service is disgusting I wish I had never deal with them. I would not recommend going anywhere near this company, when the pillows are sent out they are rolled up into the smallest box possible and never fully regain shape. AVIOD

The waiting time from time of purchase to delivery was unacceptable. Also the response to emails was extremely poor.

Ordered latex topper & 2 pillows. The pillows arrived but not mattress topper. No idea if or when it will arrive. Difficult to make contact with seller - this seems to be the only way of contacting them. Raised dispute through PayPal.

I like my new pillows albeit I would have liked them a lot firmer… They still have that latex smell but I’m sure that will wear off soon. My biggest problem is where do I get pillowcases to fit. I bought XL pillows and XL pillowcases and my pillows are totally lost in the pillowcases… I would like to know if you could recommend where I can get pillowcases to fit your pillows

Paid extra for expedited shipping. Item was not delivered within proposed window. Had to contact company who chased the warehouse company & item was eventually delivered in 10 days (expedited shipping was 3-5 days). Fortunately partial refund was provided hence 2 stars instead of 1 star.

The company advertising was very informative and accurate. It definately helped me to decide what I needed. A small discount was welcome too The product arrived quickly, it was well packaged and the product quality was very good, as described.

Really lovely company, the mattress topper is great!

We ordered the 2" mattress topper but because in was out of stock, we were offered the 3" option for a discounted price. Despite being imported, delivery was good. The topper was to go on an existing, relatively new mattress which had proved too firm for us. The Topper has made a world of difference giving us the most comfortable nights' sleep we have had for a considerable time. Worth every penny we paid for it. A slight smell when packaging removed but not noticeable having left it out to air for a few days.

Excellent products from a helpful and friendly company. Bit of a delay getting the latex mattress topper but worth waiting for. So comfortable. Partner has hip bursitis and he is no longer uncomfortable through the night. Have tried all sorts of different mattresses and currently have a really good Hypnos pocket sprung one but this latex topper has made all the difference. (Previously we had tried a memory foam topper which didn't help at all.) Hand on heart, latex is the best! The latex pillows are really comfortable too. They feel almost too squidgy but when under your head they are incredibly comfortable and very supportive. We've used both topper and pillows for a few months before writing this review.
