I purchased a wrong policy recently, I was relieved when they cancelled it. There was no reply for 2 days from the email that I sent and also the contact form I submitted. Therefore the third day I had to call to their Ireland office via Skype which incurred additional cost.

I purchased insurance from another provider coverage was poor for the price terrible customer service cancel my policy

Overall very easy to use & coverage is great at a reasonable price, the only issue was input of phone # it kept asking to put in the correct format (+1 123 456 7589) which I did but it kept kicking me out so I did it from my phone vs my IMac & it seemed to work.

Difficult to determine which of the 3 level of coverage is really required for a given trip. You used to have only 2 which was easier.
