It was concerning not to receive email confirmation of the purchase of the policy. I waited for 30 minutes, rechecked and had to log in and find the policy in the portal. Thus is confusing and annoying.

Staff provided great advice. Easy process to obtain the right travel insurance to meet my adventure holiday needs.

Simple to use for half the price and you Care about our planet!

Have been using World Nomads for years for different periods of time. It is an easy to justify expense when considering the amount of worry/anxiety it removes from your mind so you can just enjoy your trip.

UX is difficult on website (to find login portal to access policy docs). Also emailed customer service for help and never got a response.

Easy to use site, straightforward information for decision making. I only wish you had a mobile app.

Purchasing my World Nomad insurance was easy. I liked how they listed all the activities so you knew which level of policy to take. They do a nice side by side to compare their different policies. Hoping I don't need to use it and all goes well on my trip!

People are friendly and nice

Received a quick refund on the canceled policy. Very helpful staff. Now have a new policy and heading to Everest Base Camp in November. Hopefully I won't require rescuing!

I bought a policy and i can't register with the link they sent and not recieved my documents. I'm going tomorrow to my trip. But i paid for the insurance.
