I use World Nomads for all my international travel. It's fast, simple and affordable piece of mind. I also save a little on my flight booking because I know I've got coverage for flight/travel interruptions through World Nomads and don't need the additional coverage from the airline or other booking agents; often times, that savings covers the World Nomads insurance but you get the bonus of the medical and other coverages!!

The policy options were clear and easy to understand. That made my choice easier.

World Nomads is awesome! This is my third policy with them. I used it the first time. The process was grest.

Had a few questions and emailed the company. The replied with answers to all of my questions immediately.

the claim process is very confusing. The customer service gives very unclear answers, which feels like a scam.

Top digital services

I am within a 10 day Satisfaction Guarantee and I am not satisfied. I have emailed requesting a refund. No one has replied. I was emailed 27 pages of documents in which nothing states how to apply for refund. I would never recommend World Nomads and am writing a terrible review!!!

Cheaper than other travel insurance but with better coverage.

Customer service takes too long to get back to you so you it’s hard to make changes or cancel your account on time. They said they have a “free look” period so you can make changes too your account but your account was never available online. You call them but the person on the phone cannot help you they said you have to wait until someone emails you which took several days and then it’s too late to make changes. I will not use this company again.

Very poor customer service that does not respond to the queries submitted via the web form. My question was related to my policy. Am disappointed that they did not respond.

Easy transaction getting insurance. Booked my insurance while my plane was getting ready to take off ! lol.
