The dates on my policy came through incorrect. I have sent multiple emails trying to get the dates corrected and confirmation of that yet I’m not getting any response.

I started purchasing my travel insurance through World Nomads in 2021. The insurance is easy to purchase, reasonably priced and gives the coverage I'm looking for. I won't take a dive trip without them!

I recently had a weird trip cancellation due to bad weather and could not fly to the start of a trip. There was just no way to get to the starting location in time for me to join the group adventure. I had purchased trip cancellation insurance through World Nomads/ TripMate. The process for filing a Claim and all the correspondence involved was very easy to navigate and got my full refund that I had requested. I was so happy I used the refund to book a new trip and instantly paid for insurance again through World Nomads. Highly recommend them!

I have been trying to contact World Nomads for 7 DAYS but all my emails and messages have gone unanswered. I need to cancel my policy (and I'm still within the 10 day cancellation period), but this has been impossible. The website has a glitch preventing access to the member page, and the phone representatives say that the policy can only be canceled in writing. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would highly recommend that you AVOID using World Nomads as I can only imagine what would happen if I had a major issue while traveling. This is NOT how a company should be run.
