Uncomplicated booking process online and good rates. Also helpful follow up telephone call with the managers to check something made it a great experience. Car was as advertised and the whole process was great. Pickup and drop off at airport by shuttle bus to / from their nearby office in Perth was a breeze.

Every one I spoke to at the,company was very kind and helpful even the guy washing a returned car, gave me a big smile and showed us the office door.The car was very clean, it was inspected before we took it,and any minor marks were recorded. I chose ace on recommendation from a friend who had just rented from the people at Victoria Park WA. So easy to deal with and friendly hope don't have to use them again but certainly would if necessary.
