I had fantastic service from the lady at the front desk. She made the experience very straight forward and quick.

I must admit I normally go throught the big 4. But this time I decided to use Ace after reading their reviews. I needed a van and they had them. Easy to deal with, great price, nothing is a hassle. Good customer service. I am converted. The van was a Toyota. New clean and great to drive. Do yourself a favour and rent from Ace.

My whole experience with ace was easy drama free from booking a car online picking it up and returning it. The staff were friendly professional and knew their stuff. Every question and concern was met with knowledge and to the point especially for first time renter and the best of all bond deposit was back in account within a hour. I would highly recommend ace and will be going back again

Friendly service. Car good. However we felt ripped off by the Perth office charging us AusD 50 re a mark made by someone else opening their door onto ours - so what was the point of buying your expensive insurance ?

Car was clean and reliable. Staff were friendly and pick up and drop off easy. We had to extend our hire several times and nothing was a problem and they always help us to ensure we were paying the most economical rates.😀

Got a great car from Ace, since I was flying out early in the morning they allowed me to have an after hours drop off. The car was in excellent condition. Definitely recommend using them if you're in Perth

The company and staff are fine and friendly /professional. Unfortunately they just cash gouge you with everything. This kind of underhand scumminess does not breed loyalty. For example - wanted the car for an extra day (9 instead of 8) was told the fee would be $43 for extra day - no worries? got there and was charged for 2 days bc I was bring it back in the arv of Thursday and not Wednesday morning. Next - big advertising everywhere boasting about their 'free' airport pick-up. Make sure you read the fine print - $25 'airport admin fee' 🤣 now what is this fee and what is it for? Picking up the phone and scheduling a customer? That's literally your job. It's just straight up rude and scummy, tarnishing an otherwise good service. Was the extra $60 odd back you weaseled out of me worth an unhappy and now publicly critical customer? I say good day to you sirs 🌻
