Super friendly place I’ll be going there again

Ace Rent A Car in Redcliffe were extremely helpful with providing a hire car. Especially Steve who goes above and beyond to help customers out, I lost the key and he drove out on a Sunday to bring the spare as well as conveniently extend the booking for an extra week. They ensured I was getting the best price and did not try to scam me out of more money or with hidden costs. If I ever need a hire car again in the future I will 100% return and highly recommend them!

Steve picked me up and dropped me off at Terminal 4, he was helpful with bags, information and we chatted in a good friendly way. Car itself was clean, reliable and no problems at all - very good aircon in the heatwave

Easy and quick experience

When I arrived at the airport I was let down by the company I had originally booked with. In short I had to start over with a new company. Yours was one recommended and with nothing available at that time of the afternoon, your agent managed to get just what I wanted by the next morning When I arrived to pick it up it wasn’t getting me signed up and out the door but service that I was understanding the ins and outs of the deal but that I was comfortable with it and with the car itself. On returning the car I was making good on the agreed time but my phone navigation was sending me literally in circles. However the agent was understanding and helpful in booking the cab for me Most satisfied all round
