Best customer service ever!!!! I am a loyal customer and always buy when they have big sales. I ordered and couldn’t find the labels because I put them somewhere safe... lol. I reordered, they not only gave me a discount but sent expedited!!! Will never use another label company but Mabel!

Too many different combo packages I quickly got very overwhelmed. Also wanted to go back to modify an add-on but couldn’t go to it unless I removed my item and then re-added it to get the prompt of the add-on. Like the label options... just too much stuff going on. Personally felt it was intended that way for parents to just buy everything just in case.

Easy to browse products on site. Being able to preview what the label will look like before ordering is a great feature. The website overall is easy to navigate.

We have been purchasing and using these labels since my children were babies because of the great quality and service! Website is easy to use and it’s nice to see an accurate preview of your labels before purchasing. But it would be very helpful if your website accepted AmEx, which is the reason for my 4-star rating.

My son is 15 and I've been ordering Mabels Labels for him and my daughter since they were in preschool. It's so cute that as he's getting ready for camp, he said "Mom it's Mabels Labels time." These labels have been a staple for us every summer. Enjoy!

Production took too long despite paying for expedited processing.

I always use Mabels Labels for my child’s camp and school items. I’ve always been happy with the products and service!

Overall it was fine. Would have liked so more multi-kid options at a discounted price. The only option didn't have child's full name on all the stickers.

Order quantities are larger than they need to be. Products are cute, but expensive for the quality. Order tracking is not available for standard shipping.

I hesitated between three and four stars. The ordering process alone would get five stars. The reason I didn’t give five is due to the process of changing a password after forgetting the previous password. I had to go through the change password process twice for it to actually work. I recall this same situation happening previous times when I attempted to order. I typed very slowly to ensure my entries were accurate each time. I have my passwords saved elsewhere. So, I know my password was accurate. However, when I tried to sign-in to place the order, it indicated that my password was incorrect. Hence, the need to change the password each time.
