Overall pretty easy! Confusing display at checkout based on options when adding to cart. Specifically the mini stamp. Displays as "no image/icon," but there's no option for one when adding to cart.

I had looked online at the site because my daughter had used Mabel's Labels more than 10 years ago and raved about the product. I need labels for my husband's clothing because he'll be moving into assisted living soon. Only a few days ago I called to check on what would be most appropriate and the representative immediately told me about the senior package. She was extremely helpful and understood the situation. I ordered that package, the stamp and some extra labels. Yesterday I received notification that the order has been shipped already. Many thanks for providing the information and product in an easy and timely manner.

Excellent experience ordering. Exited for the labels to arrive. One thing I may have liked is having a smaller label option but that may be coming in the daycare pack.

For the $60.00 that I paid, I did not expect to receive 2 brochure sized pamphlets with only a few name stickers and 2 plastic bag tags. What happened to the booklet that you previously made? That was what I was expecting to get when I ordered the Ultimate Back-to-School Combo and the Daycare Label Pack. Greed has corrupted a previously good company. Deception is now integrated into your marketing. Sin has festered and corrupted your business model.

I have been happy with every product I have ordered so far. I just wish they would add a few more fonts and new designs once in a while to shake things up a bit 😁 I have ordered mostly labels for containers and water bottles and they hold up amazingly. I love them. I recently ordered the clothing stamp and am curious to see how well that holds up. Will post another review then!
