Estoy regresando a casa de mi transplante capilar con Estemoon. La verdad que super contento con todo. Desde mi contacto inicial con Mi moza que me ayudó en todas mis dudas y preguntas que tenía, incluso llegando a ser creo que un poco pesado, pero es algo importante a la hora de dar el paso. Estar 100% preparado. Agradecer también a Isabel, mi traductora por estar en todo momento y ser tan amable y simpática. Y sobre todo a todo el personal. Incluso no tener el mismo idioma nos entendimos muy bien. Estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de mi. Ya que soy un poco aprensivo y estuve mareado un buen rato en el descanso de comer. Pero no sé movieron de mi lado para nada! Si tuviese que poner un "pero" sería los chofer, básicamente por su forma brusca de conducir, uno de ellos que me llevó a mi hotel después de la cirugía tuvo un pequeño accidente con una mini moto. Pero nada grave ni accidentados. Solo que los turcos conducen muy locos!! Jeje En general una experiencia muy buena! Ahora esperar resultados

I had my hair transplant at Estemoon on 08/16. There were so many positive points that it is difficult to even organize them in this review, but I will make a point of listing them here: 1- the service via WhatsApp, from the first to the last contact with the clinic, was wonderful, they answered my questions, solved my problems and were kind and attentive. 2- transfer: when I arrived at the airport in Istanbul there was someone waiting to take me from the airport to the hotel, I also always had drivers to go from the hotel to the clinic, and even two days after my surgery had already taken place, I still had a driver who took me back to the airport. 3- the service at the clinic and the surgical procedure were all very well done, people were attentive and professional. During the surgery I was always accompanied, they did a pre-surgery blood test, and they constantly measured my blood pressure to see if I was ok. They played Turkish music (at my request) so that we could all have a happy time. During breaks, they fed me, cleaned me and there was always someone accompanying me to ask if I was okay. The surgery was long, but everyone's kindness and dedication helped me to continue steadily until the end. Unfortunately, I don't remember the names of the professionals who accompanied me, however, I am deeply grateful to them. 4- there was a translator available in case I had any questions. This is something really very important to make the customer feel more comfortable. 5- the day after the surgery, they washed my hair for the first time, explained how to care for it and gave me specific shampoo for my hair during this recovery phase, in addition, they issued a document so that the shampoo would not be discarded during the security control from the airport on my way home, as the product contains more than 100 ml. Anyway, overall, I paid for the clinic's most basic transplant package and I am 100% satisfied with everything I was offered. The clinic complied with each of the services it offered in this package. And I'm also happy with the result, today is the fourth day after surgery, and my recovery is very good, and I totally recommend Estemoon clinic to anyone, who, like me, has the dream of restoring their hairline and self-esteem. I plan to review it again in a few months to show the results.

A falta de ver los resultados, mi experiencia en general fue buena. Le pondría entre 4 y 5 estrellas, pero como no se puede, le pongo las 5 estrellas. Mi asistente personal, Bora, me trató muy bien y me aclaró todas las dudas. El hotel, el traslado y la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena. Me hice la técnica DHI y aunque es un poco más cara, la recomiendo. Mi única experiencia un poco más agridulce es que me dijeron que solo quitarían pelo de la zona donante y cuando estaba en la operación me afeitaron todo el flequillo dejándome como una piña, así que recomiendo afeitar del todo la cabeza, ya que donde tengo pelo me pusieron muy pocos folículos. Por otro lado, detrás de esta clínica tienen varias marcas. Está Estemoon que es con quien yo me operé, pero también está Istambul Care. Además, se hace en un hospital universitario llamado Atlas Üniversitesi Medicine Hastanesi. Esto no es malo, ya que al menos mi doctor era joven y muy profesional. De vez en cuando venían otros doctores a revisar cómo iba y como hablaban en turco no entendía nada, pero seguramente le estaban dando indicaciones para un mejor resultado. En cuanto al precio, si pagas en efectivo sale por el precio que te ofrecen, con tarjeta es un 15% más caro, pero como eso yo ya lo sabía no lo pongo como algo malo.

-1 stella vi prego non vi affidate vi prego…il 29 maggio mi organizzo in Turchia per fare una mastoplastica con mastopessi all’inizio dell’intervento già mi sono sentita malissimo dal dolore e nessuna infermiera dell’ospedale Asya Hanestesy mi considerava…d’altronde non mi è stato detto che venivo operata in un ospedale orrendo infermiere con pantofole nere di sporco…dopo una settimana poiché hanno usato ferri sporchi ho avuto una necrosi e un’infezione batterica all’altro seno che mercoledì 28 agosto mi stava portando alla morte perché ero andata in setticemia,avevo tutta la protesi fuori contattatemi in pvt sulla mia e-mail vi mando la foto della protesi. Fuori dal sebo La traduttrice Migena vedeva tutte le foto e non mi risponde più né ai messaggi né alle foto né ai vocali.Migena ha fatto promesse non mantenute pretendevano che io ripartissi da Napoli per operarmi di nuovo da loro vi prego sono solo acchiappa galline guadagnano su di noi d poi dopo vi abbandonano nessun rimborso nulla niente di niente assolutamente no e non vi affidate a Migena dice di essere albanese e vi ricatta nei messaggi

Me contacté con varias clinicas, finalmente me decidí por esta y creo que acerté, para tomar la decisión, lógicamente me aseguré el sitio en el que se encuentra la clínica, comentarios sobre la misma, cuantos personas y especialistas trabajaban, etc. supongo que pensaréis que soy un exagerado, pero realmente se trata de algo de salud y para proceder a hacerme una cirugía estética yo prefiero por lo menos asegurarme yo mismo de entregarme a menos expertas, por que fianlemente me decidí por esta clínica, y loq ue me hice tomar la decisión por esta es porque está ubicada en un hospital del estado, cosa que te da mucha confianza a la hora de que si pasa algo estás en un hospital y no en un centro estético como lo hacen muchas clinica que ofrecen cirugías. Me contacte con Bora, mi asesora todo el tiempo, aclaró mis dudas, consultas todo el tiempo, es muy amable y clara en dar toda la información posible. ME organizo perfecto todo, desde el momento de llegada, recogida en el aeropuerto, el hotel, traslados a la clinica las veces que hacían falta, el personal de la clínica y todos sus especialistas sonmuy amables, atentos, están pendiente de que te sientas en confianza, que no tengas miedo y eso es muy importante, el hospital muy limpio, buen aspecto, se ve todo profesional. La cirugía para mi fue fenomenal, recomiendo que tomes la sedación, porque se hace larga, yo estuve 9 horas dado a que mi injerto fueron de 7.145 folículos y se entiende que uno por uno toma tiempo, lo mejor es la técnica Organic DHI no te hacen incisiones con el bisturí, y no deja cicatrices, a mi no me dolió, ni despues de la anesticia, solo estuve cansado por la posición en el quirófano que fueron muchas horas en la misma posición. pero del resto todo fue perfecto. Te asignan un traductor que está contigo todo el tiempo, la verdad es que para mi fue todo genial. estoy muy contento con todo. Solo hay una cosa que recomiendo a la clínica, que cambie el hotel Goldden Way, el personal no es nada amable y no hablan inglés, como mínimo. Ahora solo me queda esperar los resultados del injerto.. Ho effettuato il trapianto di capelli presso questa clinica 3 settimane fa, per adesso ci sono risultati, le croste sono andate via e i capelli trapiantati stanno crescendo.. ovviamente i risultati si vedranno tra 6/9 mesi ma tutto sommato, buon Team di lavoro, professionisti in gamba e assistenza ottimale, Bora si è interessata sia del pre che post intervento assistendomi anche a distanza. Consiglio di rivolgervi a questo Team e a Bora, ci aggiorniamo tra 6/7 mesi 👍🏼🙌🏽
