The service was unbelievable from start to finish. I was picked up from the airport in a fantastic hotel where the staff could not do enough for you. Everyone at estemoon made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process, and nothing was a problem.During the procedure, you are reassured every step of the way, and the facilities are spectacular. After the procedure, they provide a lovely meal and don’t rush you back to the hotel. They let you take your time and relax until you are ready. The aftercare is absolutely brilliant, with staff checking on you at the hotel and taking you back to the clinic for hair washes, etc. The products they give you are also amazing and included in your package. When I returned home to England, we kept in touch via whatsApp, and nothing was ever a bother to them. They were always reassuring and always had time to answer any questions I had. Now, 18 months on, I am absolutely over the moon with the end result and have received nothing but compliments. I would highly recommend estemoon clinic...

Bonjour, je viens vous écrire afin de ne pas être déçu comme moi venu de france. le voyage c’est bien déroulé jusqu’au jour de l’opération, il m’on littéralement saccagé la zone donneuse, qui a mis plusieurs mois à cicatriser, de plus la greffe n’a pas marcher rien , RIEN NA POUSSER, j’ai foutu mon argent à la poubelle, je vous déconseille estemoon.

Hace un mes tuve el transplante de pelo en la clínica Estemoon. Fui atendido por la señorita Era y la he comprado el paquete de injerto de pelo y cejas. La señorita Era siempre muy atenta para esclarecer dudas sobre precios y sobre cómo es hecha la intervención. Creo que hasta la he cansado de tanta preguntas! Un día la he preguntado cómo era el tipo de anestesia y me envió un vídeo de un tipo de anestesia indolora, pero que no fue utilizado en mi caso, que realmente fue la anestesia manual con agujas. Entonces no comprendo la razón de ser algo diferente de lo concertado en la venta. La señorita Era está muy ocupada porque tarda mucho en contestar los mensajes de WhatsApp y la pido disculpas si pregunto demasiado o si tengo inseguridades ,pero creo que no soy el único. El día de mi intervención he pagado el precio X, por el pelo, el precio Y, por las cejas, el precio XY por retirada de pelos del pecho y barba(opcional) y el precio Z por un kit de vitaminas y de tratamiento del pelo,obviamente todo eso para aprovechar en una intervención sacar el mejor resultado posible de mi parte como cliente.Llevo un mes desde el injerto y tengo una garantía de por vida que espero no tener que usarla.La verdad es que me han dicho siempre que puedo fiarme de todo el equipo médico y estoy en ello.Soy muy perfeccionista, y desde de los primeros días que mi pelo empezó a crecer veía como huecos o fallos, donde no se nota folículos y densidad y en las cejas pasa lo mismo,veo pocos folículos espero que sea por el shock loss.El día de la intervención lo he comentado en la clínica, porque yo deseaba tener cejas muy pobladas,pero han seguido un protocolo extraño.Realmente lo que importa es lo quiere el cliente,o sea, mucho o muchísima cejas, por eso decido hacer un injerto!Estoy poniendo toda mi confianza y haciendo la mejor recuperación posible, y en cuanto obtenga lo que deseo que es el sueño de tener el pelo y cejas bonitos y con densidad para compartir los éxitos en mis redes sociales en el futuro en cuanto me crezca el cabello.Quiero resaltar que la señorita Era me llamó por teléfono antes de irme de viaje y eso me transmitió mucha confianza,porque también habla en español,pero lo que molesta es que tarda en contestar por WhatsApp y esclarecer mis dudas.El servicio de transporte está disponible para todos los trayectos y el hotel y la clínica está bien! El servicio de wifi está ok.A veces funciona y a veces no! Todas las enfermeras han sido bastante profesionales, algunas más serias y otras más amables y simpáticas.Pero en el día de la intervención tuve pérdida de sangre, que es normal, y al final estuve bastante mareado, y una de las enfermeras me acompañaba al servicio cuando necesitaba y me esperaba en la puerta. Pero algo que no ocurrió fue que no he sido vigilado después de la intervención, o sea, una vez que se acabó el injerto y las enfermeras me limpiaron la cabeza, tuve que prácticamente irme de la clínica sin nada de descanso y ningún seguimiento.En ese momento me encontraba débil y agotado,pero no podría decir nada porque no hablaban en inglés y querían acabar el trabajo cuanto antes.Lo mejor es que soy un tipo fuerte y tengo muy buena salud y no he pasó nada, como por ejemplo un desmayo o lo que sea, porque al final son muchas horas y es normal que seas vigilado y mismo pagando 400€ extra por un cuidado especial sanitario, no lo he recibido completamente.Entiendo que las enfermeras están acostumbradas a hacer eso todo los días,pero para mí es importante ser cuidado en lo mínimo y en lo máximo.Es un proceso que ya me imaginaba como sería y que lo he llevado y estoy llevando muy bien de mi parte con mucha paciencia y las confié que hicieran el mejor trabajo en mi cabeza y cejas (sin moverme en camilla).Ahora estoy siguiendo todos los consejos de la clínica y con muchas ganas de ver los resultados.Soy una persona detallista y espero tener mis mejores resultados en mi pelo y cejas. La zona donante la veo bastante bien,la he cuidado muy bien y de donde han extraído el pelo se ve todo muy bien uniforme y bien cicatrizado. Es pronto para evaluar, pero quería dejar mi opinión y espero volver aquí para cambiar esta reseña y escribir que sí, me fue genial los resultados. Solo pido un poco más de atención al cliente, más preocupación y empatía, porque el dinero no es lo más importante en la vida y el trato debe de estar por encima de los negocios,así estamos todos contentos. También llevo en consideración la cuestión de la lengua porque no hablo turco. En fin, espero con sinceridad aportar mejoría en esos pequeños detalles y que se cumplan las expectativas que me han prometido.
