I recently had a hair transplant with Estemoon clinic. The overall experience was smooth and Everything happened according to the plan. I was nervous from the beginning but the staff was very professional and address all my concerns. Also, I wanted to especially thank Xhovana who I was in touch with from the beginning. She was very responsive, kind and answered all my questions with absolute patience.

È una buona clinica, ho eseguito il trapianto in Albania, sono stato seguito in tutto e per tutto, dal trasporto all intervento. Sono stati precisi in ogni spiegazione e molto molto accoglienti. In clinica mi hanno chiesto 400euro per in piu per poter prelevare i bulbi dalla barba e dal petto(facoltativo era a discrezione mia se farlo meno), inoltre consiglio l acquisto del kit post trapianto di 6 mesi , dal costo di 250 euro, direttamente dalla clinica (ha unncosto inferiore). Un ringraziamento speciale va a Xhovana, una persone professionale e super disponibile! Continua a darmi preziosi consigli amche dopo l intervento. Questa è la mia recensione a distanza di una settimana. Fra un anno scriverò un aggiornamento.

Friendly welcome, my transplant went well. I even had a doctor come to your hotel to take blood pressure and see if everything is okay. Thank you to the estermoon team for their welcome and professionalism.

ABSOLUTELY BAD EXPERIENCE IN THE ESTEMOON CLINIC. 1. The hotel we stayed looked super nice and chic on the pictures with a very nice and big breakfast. We had to experience that was a very very cheap hotel (13€ per night for two people) 2. ⁠the pre consultation I had before didn’t gave me any informations about how it is possible to get my hair done (the shape I wanted was not possible because of the muscles) this could have been explained easily before I’m flying to Istanbul for the hair transplant. 3. The price it was 1250€ plus 300€ for the beard. But in the end they wanted me to pay extra 250 for extra grafts of my chest and 250 extra for grafts of my beard . Something would could have mentioned before that the price could variate right ? 4. ⁠when they took blood for making the exams a young lady did like she never did it before , missed the vein and the blood didn’t came 5. ⁠when I had the consultation with the doctor and the translater, while making the decision how I want to have the hair done she put pressure on me as the medical team is waiting …. Also not nice before such a big decision 6. ⁠I paid extra 100€ for Sedation which was done only before the extraction and lasted only for 1.5 hours . After I was fully aware about the whole process 7. ⁠the after care plan just was told by mouth . When I asked about a printed version it could not be offered . Also not so professional in my point of view. PLEASE DON’T GO TO ESTEMOON CLINIC . It’s bad

From start to finish, the service and organization was good. The staff were all very helpful and caring. Because of my English skills, there was no language barrier with the translator, but it would have been easier for me if there had been a German translator. I can only recommend the clinic. Everything went well and I'm looking forward to the result 👍🏽🙂

I did a hair transplant for the first time, I chose a clinic for a long time until I came across Estemoon, very polite staff, masters of their craft, I recommend the Estemoon clinic.

I would like to express my gratitude first to Xhovana for all the excellent service she provided. She was always there 24 hours a day to answer all my questions and concerns. I am Brazilian and live in Belgium. I was a little afraid to travel to Turkey at first because I didn't know the clinic and the price was very affordable. I read some comments from people saying few bad things, but I don't understand why? My experience was very good. I'm 3 months after surgery and I'm very pleased with the results. I REALIZED A DREAM. My translator, Chaimae, is a sweet person, always calm and attentive, helping me with everything, and she made me feel at ease on the day of the surgery. The entire team was excellent. I only recommend always taking an extra for emergencies in case you need to buy an extra product or perform an extra procedure. I recommend this clinic.

My experience at Estemoon was good. Staff are friendly, helpful and willing to assist with needs. Some added costs involved which are not mentioned upfront, but other than that a good experience. Waiting to see the results in a few weeks/months.
