Communication Having someone available to contact about the smallest issue relating to being a landlord . In my experience my manager Thomas Chan has always responded in a helpful respectful way when I’ve needed to make an enquiry .

Leo Leong has been a wonderful property manager. He manages two of my properties, one of which has more challenges. He was able to help to clarify issues and follow up. I look forward to working with him and resolves outstanding issues. Thank you for his prompt support.

Claudio is an excellent member of the life residential team who customer service skills are outstanding. He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I am very happy I have him as my agent and very grateful to be working with him going forward .

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in); Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

Cristina Luntraru has swiftly dealt with the reported issues and resolved them smoothly. She is responsive, professional and great to work with. I hope she remains my property manager.

My washing machine broke down and Luke Parker was very helpful to help me get it fixed before Christmas

Kareena was very polite and helpful in resolving our boiler issues. We felt informed and listened to throughout the process.

It's always people that make an experience great and this applies to any company. After fairly indifferent experiences, in no small measure due to staff churn, I am very happy to say Kareena from LR has been wonderfully responsive and helpful. She has returned emails promptly and carried out actions as promised. I hope she will remain my account manager for longer than many of her predecessors. Well done, Kareena!

Thanks to our new Property manager Esmee Farrugia for her prompt assistance during interaction with contractors and land lord. Esmee helped solve problems that had been going on for months.
