I've had the pleasure to work mostly with Nick from LR. He did a fantastic job at making sure the flat was taken care of, and my requests were looked after by the right teams. The support was prompt, whether it was from him, or the teams called in to provide the right support. On top of that, he was a great link between myself and the landlord!

Kalidass has been supportive for our needs for the past 3 years, and has been very helpful with the renewal of our contract for a 4th year. We recently learned that our property manager will be changing soon, so we wish the best to Kalidass.

Refused to produce the check out report a month after the checkout date. Been ignoring my emails so I called my property manager today in the morning she said she was going to email me yesterday and promised to email me today. Heard nothing so called her again in the afternoon for a confirmation email during the call to leave an evidence on what she said. She made an excused that she is in the middle of something and will send me a confirmation email in 10 or 20 mins after this call. Two hours later now they have gone home and I received nothing still.

Zainab is newly assigned to my flat recently but already my strong supporter, who did quickly arrange a spare key in spite of the urgent requirement (for newly assigned staff).

Abi has been great at managing an issue we had with our apartment. From the moment we raised the issue through to the resolution, she's been open and honest. A highly professional service.

The worst agents in the whole of UK!!! I have never dealt with a more incapable bunch of troglodytes, in fact that might be insulting troglodytes. Nobody knows what anybody is doing, it took them more than a month to fix a broken toilet and only cares about the landlord. If you are a renter and are looking at life residential I would suggest you STOP and immediately look for an alternative broker. Life residential will keep your money, demand more and make consistent errors and pay monies to the wrong party and never ever deal with an issue promptly. You won't be protected and all comments and issues raised in reports are completely disregarded as the landlord for life residential is the be all and end all. I cannot believe an organisation as poorly run as this is still getting business. I will in fact pay people that can prove they turned down life residential. These guys are worse than ISIS and every single division is incapable of doing their job. I am now on 2 months with my deposit being paid to the landlord "accidentally" and it becomes my responsibility. EXPLETIVE YOU Life Residential. I will literally give money for all cancelations and proof of errors from life residential.

The worst letting agent ever. I have an issue with re-referencing. The referencing agent they use, Goodlord is totally hopeless. They promised that they would help, but at the end we were put in circles. The lady of their Admin team is extremely rude I have to say. Keep arguing with customers and never admit anything she did wrong. She always try her best to make an excuse and blame the problem on customers. Once she can’t argue with you, she simply doesn’t reply. It would be great if she use that effort at sorting out my problem. They are very passive as well. You always have to chase them for updates. Otherwise things are not going to be sorted out. I remember last year I had another issue with them. When I moved in they refused because they said no money was received. But at the end of the day, it was their mistake checking the wrong bank account. They never apologised. I think this company is simply incapable of doing their job decently. So in a nutshell, avoid.

Nick Martin was excellent as an agent for the renting out of my flat in Greenwich. Responsive, efficient got everything done extremely well. Very happy to have had him helping me with everything.

Claudio De Tommaso is super reliable, friendly and on top of his work. Everytime I had an issue in my flat, he was able to advise in a speedy manner and follow up until it gets sorted! Highly enjoy working with him and definitely recommend him

We just got Claudio as or new property manager and after literally 30 days w/o a proper solution to specific issues he managed to change the game in 5 days. i remember I was in Spain when he first called me to discuss about the washing machine and he said he would be coordinating everything via email. This was Wed. after e-3 emails.. boom! On moday we got a new state of art washing machine. We wish we had Claudio working on our property since day one. Exception job! we have spoken to 6 people already before he takes ownership of our property.

Claudio took over our coverage and he has been absolutely great at all levels ! he was able to solve our issues at a timely matter , we waited for 2 months and he was able to manage in less than 2 weeks.
