Netherlands | 05 February 2025I just booked a viewing which was put forward by your agent in East grinstead.I was called in on 5/02/2025 for viewing a property in Wood street Rh19 on 5/02/2025 at 13:30.We are aware about the changes that can happen but mind me I travelled from Reading to East grinstead earliest possible to catch the viewing as it was the planned viewing we spent our time and money to reach there as soon as possible.So the agent texts us not even a call at 09:13am and cancelled our viewing.My only question here is couldn't they inform us earlier.So I invested my time and money just to sit in the train carriage and return back.I am just so disappointed.

United Kingdom | 28 January 2025This is a warning to anyone who would rent a property using The Vauxhall branch. It has the most unprofessional, apathetic people working there, specially the property manager Shakira. Once you rent from them, they do not answer emails or calls promptly addressing your concerns. If they miraculously do because maybe they feel like it, you need to chase them and push them to take action. Not only that, but the apartment they let you move in is filthy at best. Clogged sink, smelly drains, broken drawers, mouldy bathroom, broken lights, broken lights even in Fridge and Cooker Hood. They claim they would fix it but they never do, they essentially tell you to do it yourself, but all of these issues should have been solved before moving in. Better you save the trouble and stay away from them. If you face any similar issues, drop me a message as I am working with a solicitor on my case.

United Kingdom | 22 January 2025Terrible service. They unfairly deduct a significant portion of your deposit, regardless of the property’s condition. Charges are applied without valid evidence, and deductions aren’t based on the check-in/out reports. If you ask for an explanation, they simply claim they’re 'closing the file.' If you're renting, be prepared for them to not return your full deposit.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2025The worst agency I have ever used in 10 years of renting. zero support throughout, horribly rude staff, I moved out 3 months ago and still refusing to return my deposit despite zero damage to the property - when I moved out they tried to charge for literally moving a chair from one room to another. Absolute joke, save yourself the headache!!!!
