Ordered a greenhouse, heard nothing from them for a week, emailed to cancel. Took them 11 days to reply to the email asking to cancel, then had to muck about with my bank for three more days before I got my money back. Note that what their website says about not taking payment until the order ships is nonsense---you will be charged as soon as the order is placed, and at least in my case I had to go via my bank before I got anything back. Their MO seems to be to take customer's money and then ignore them.

I ordered some Samson Greenhouse staging on 24th October and have received it today, the 26th October. Good telephone communication and very prompt service.

I ordered a small Greenhouse in April. I chose this company because the price was ok and more importantly, the website implied a reasonable delivery time of a few weeks. Given the climate perhaps that was hopeful but nevertheless I thought it better than the 26 week lead time all other site were giving. Well it was 26 odd weeks, just no one bothered to tell me, or reply to my emails. When I called the mobile on the site I practically got laughed at by the chap on the end of the phone. I did email to cancel at one point and that was ignored. In the end I did receive the greenhouse because I still wanted one and they have now gone up in price so made no sense to reorder. But it is sitting in boxes in my shed until it is actually useful next year. To add in the end they chased me for payment via personal email which my gmail flagged as a fishing scam - the payment details had expired. It all felt a bit iffy so I made sure to use the credit card. My review is entirely for the service and communication which was just dire. The greenhouse I am not yet able to comment on.

I ordered a Swallow greenhouse in March with expected delivery in September. Since then I have received no information. On expected delivery dates. I have phoned a number of times and only get the answer phone which says please DO NOT leave a message and send an email. I have had no responses to any emails. Today I finally managed to get through on the phone. They said Swallow don’t tell them when greenhouses will be delivered and Swallow will contact me with a delivery date. I phoned Swallow and am shocked to find out they don’t deal with GreenhouseRus and haven’t done for at least a year as they were so problematic. They are a complete scam.

Originally ordered our greenhouse last May as Lockdown had well and truly set in. It took until December to receive it and many emails, texts etc. Everything was there apart from two automatic openers. Kept persisting and received these two eventually. When we did get through Andy and staff were very friendly and explained the difficulties they were having in getting stock etc. Have now got a great greenhouse which was a great price. I'm sure as the world returns to normal the service they offer will do the same.

Avoid this Company whatever you do. I ordered greenhouse staging and it duly turned up. So far, so good. When I built it, I found that I was one piece of aluminium short and another piece minus 2 essential drilled holes meaning I only have 2.5 shelves instead of 3 shelves. Unable to get a reply on the phone and 3 emails and a month later no response whatsoever. They probably think I will give up, and they are right. I have other things to do with my life. Be warned, they do not know the meaning of the word 'service'.

Like many other 'customers' leaving reviews I am at a loss to understand how this business works. I ordered a greenhouse package in Feb 2021 and since then have had no communication or response to emails etc. I managed to speak with someone on the phone at one point who claimed that stock would be available in a few weeks but nothing happened after that. Fortunately I had made no payment so have not lost any money. I have now emailed to cancel my order and will try other more responsive and reputable companies. The whole business is very odd and I would recommend avoiding them.

Utterly useless. Ordered greenhouse on the 13th January 2021. Chased in April, no poper response , chased in June more excuses , chased in July and finally got the response that it was best if I cancelled and find another supplier. Zero customer service and no clearly no clue on the order. A complete disgrace. Stronly advise to give this turnip and wide berth.

2 March 2021 ordered greenhouse. Expected delivery end May/June. Telephoned middle of June and was advised delivery end of following week. 16 July 2021 emailed as could not receive calls. No response. 26 July 2021 called. Message to say closed until 12 August. No calls as they are overseas. Based on my experience and the many other poor reviews, I would say that to place an order with this company and to expect delivery would be a fantasy. I only wish I had done more due diligent research before ordering.

Ordered greenhouse staging on 27th March 2021 and still not received on 5th July ! Have called at least twice ... first time was told the staging was on at long lead time... second call in June was advised that they make the trays themselves and the staging would be shipped in 2 week. Having thought to check their reviews I see with dismay that the service I am receiving is par for the course with this company. I will update this review whether my order actually arrives or not ... I just wish I had checked the reviews beforehand ! OK... this morning I called the mobile number given on the website and a lady answered ... she sounded exactly like the voice message on that mobile saying that messages should not be left and to call back. Mysteriously this lady claimed that the mobile didn't belong to Greenhousesrus and said she didn't know the number (of the mobile she answered !). I checked and I had called the right one so rang the landline and a gentleman answered and basically said that they would make my order 'today' but I had to pay (again). I checked my bank statements and luckily I had paid thro Sagepay and no payment has been made / claimed. The upshot is that I shan't be placing any more orders on Greenhousesrus ... and I feel that I had a lucky escape. My recommendation to anyone wanting anything greenhouses related is that they look at other companies and not to go with Greenhousesrus... as their service and communications are so poor.

If I could give 0 star I would, 1 star is too much for this company. Ordered a greenhouse in August last year and promise after promises and still no greenhouse and another delivery date promises. I had no correspondence from them and they never answer the phone or answer emails. Please believe all the negative reviews on here.

I ordered 2 sets of staging for my greenhouse. Delivery was late and had some components missing. I eventually had a promise that the items would be despatched urgently but nothing arrived and no confirmation was forthcoming. After 3 phone calls, unanswered, and 3 email messages, also unanswered, I still have no idea if or when the contract will be completed. This company provides very poor customer service. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered my greenhouse July 2020, 8 week delivery they said. By October I'd given up hope so emailed and cancelled with no response, thankfully I'd parted with no funds. Then low and behold fast forward to 11 months later I've just received a text to say we are in your area in the next 10 days do you still want your greenhouse.....NO THANKS.

I have been looking to improve my greenhouse (which I inhrited when I bought the property) for some time, with capping bars for glass. Father's day comming up. The capping bars are for sell on Greenhousus web site. I placed my order and payed for them. I recevied a thank you for your order, and it now being processed. I printed the order off to show the family. I received a message from a iphone. Sorry be we can not supply the bar capping. On its own we only supply with greenhouse. So unfortunatey we will have to cancel your order. On the Greenhouserus web site page (capping bars) it says nothing about only supplied with greenhouse.

Ordered a greenhouse in February, contacted the company several times by email with no reply, this rang alarm bells. I tried calling, managed to get through on a number of occasions. Andy had lots of good patter and excuses, promising to contact the manufacturer etc, after waiting 15 weeks I ordered with someone else, I'm really annoyed. I emailed them to tell them to cancel and got a reply straight away - amazing. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I wrote a really negative review but have since deleted it. I have finally received my greenhouse although it was a month late. I was panicking because of the bad reviews which I hadn’t seen. The greenhouse is all there and looks great. The organisation of this company is rather poor mainly as they cannot communicate. It’s such a shame as if they could only employ a receptionist and be honest and realistic to time scales they could have a good business.

I was hoping to give this company the benefit of the doubt and leave a positive review. Ordered my staging 19th April, received it 20th May. It’s a long time but it is made to order so when it arrived (having read these reviews) I breathed a sigh of relief! Unfortunately when I came to assemble the staging some of the aluminium frame hadn’t been drilled (so I did this myself) and two supports were missing altogether. As expected the company has not responded, so will have to try and make the missing supports myself. Definitely avoid this company.

Giving a 1 star is being generous!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a greenhouse in Feb 2021 and was told by Amanda over the phone that delivery would be 6-8 weeks, which I was happy to wait for. She told me they had the greenhouse in stock and they could maybe deliver sooner. 8 weeks later I hadn’t heard anything so I called and spoke to Andy who said they don’t have it in stock and to phone back In 3 weeks?! 3 weeks later I phoned back to be told that all the drivers were fully booked and to ring back in 2 weeks- I was assured delivery would happen then. Well I phoned back on 10th May and was told drivers are all busy and to ring again in a weeks time. FORGET IT! I sent a complaint e-mail and surprise surprise no response!! Total waste of my time. I really wished I had ordered from another more reliable company!

This company is like Fawlty Towers. Placed an order, never arrived. Phoned lots of times, no answer or means to leave message. Emailed a couple of times, one reply asking for order number, no further reply. I eventually managed to speak to Andy, he didn't seem to know how to use their computer system, gave him all the dimensions of the product ordered and his response was that he will make it straight away and have it delivered by the following Tuesday at the latest. Still no shelving and no contact from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they seem to be a shambles!!

Wish I had checked reviews first. !, Ordered two sets of greenhouse staging costing approx 250 .00.for a birthday present. Website indicated they were in stock, clearly a lie, over two weeks later got an email to say not available ( I presume they could not buy them in cheap enough from somewhere else and had no stock ) so my order was cancelled, so now left with no birthday gift. Really these folk should not be running a business.
