We purchased a greenhouse from greenhousesrus 2 years ago and we very pleased as we have moved we would like another. I accidentely ordered one looking for a delivery time so spoke to Andy who said the one wanted was 26 weeks delivery and to send an e-mail to cancel it and order another that he said would be the same price. I have sent several e-mails none have been answered, my husband then got an invoice for the greenhouse that I have cancelled, he replied saying it was cancelled and please confirm this but still no replies. Tried phoning but no answer and no machine to leave a message. Very bad service.

The product (3 tier staging with plastic trays) would get 5* review as I am very pleased with the product. The initial communication, or lack of it was poor. I realise the company is busy but just an automatic response to give a lead time on delivery would be welcome. After my third email (by then I had read lots of negative reviews) which mentioned poor reviews I received a phone call to say I could cancel the order or receive it next day! I chose to receive my order and I'm well pleased with the product. The communication is letting them down. Hence 3* review.

I ordered and sent direct transfer of £146, as order would not be processed before payment , on 31stMarch. I still hadn't received it by 2nd May so called them.After trying both numbers a few times I finally spoke to someone who told me that they were expecting my stuff to be delivered to them within the next few days and then sent on to me and I should receive everything by the 8th May. It's now the 11 May, I have received nothing and can't get through to anyone on either phone number no matter how many times I try. I am a pensioner and really can't afford to lose this amount of money. I still need the staging for my allotment!

Do not bother ordering anything from here, still waiting for greenhouse staging since 17th March, Customer service appalling, I have emailed to cancel my order as I cannot even get through to them on the phone now.

Shocking communication and customer service, the only contact i had from Amanda was to tell me the £ quoted for the greenhouse was incorrect as their webpage was 'playing up' i felt she should have offered a compromise eventually she did, then absolute silence! I will never deal with greenhouses again and recommend nobody else does

Ordered some accessories for my greenhouse which were showing as in stock, had to pay by bank transfer (their preferred method of payment) which was unusual but as it was only £30 I wasn't overly concerned. A week goes by- No confirmation email, no contact, no dispatch email, nothing. Checked my order status-pending. So called them up, no answer I don't know how many times I called but about 10 times before I called the mobile number. I guess it was Andy who said after I enquired on my order "Oh you won't get them yet they're out of stock and they're coming from China" End of call! Phoned again 2 days later but this time managed to cancel my order and get a refund back to my bank account which was actually quite quick. I really dislike companies that sell you out of stock products listed as in stock and then don't tell you, it's a bad way to run a business. Upped my rating from 1 to 2 stars for the quick refund.

Advertising pay later but did take full payment straight away. Never delivered or didn’t get any contact from the company. Had to get a refund through PayPal in the end.

Appalling customer service. Avoid this company. Our greenhouse arrived without instructions and all the extras that we paid for. 6 weeks later - many, many emails, phone calls and empty promises later we have still not received anything. Have asked for a refund but received no response. Apparently they are so busy taking new orders that they cannot fulfil the ones that they have partially fulfilled. If you have money to waste buy your greenhouse here - if you want an actual greenhouse with all the accessories that you've paid for go elsewhere.

Couldn't get much worse than Greenhouses R Us Late delivery - no comms replying to emails. No instructions supplied - luckily I worked it out on my own Pieces missing - no comms replying to contact us form Pieces broken - no comms and in fact answerphone days not to leave a message If you are prepared to be ignored, take only a partial delivery, have an engineering degree to work out how to assemble and purchase a load of spare parts from ebay, then go for it, otherwise steer well clear of greenhouse R Us

Placed an order on 11.03.21 - heard nothing. Emailed on 28.03.21 told 4-5 days. Since then heard nothing and no response to request that they confirm a delivery date. I only ordered greenhouse staging not a complete greenhouse!

Ordered staging early in the year expecting it to come within a reasonable period of time. Weeks went by with no updates, emails ignored and phone unanswered. Managed to get a mobile number to speak to someone. Every week there was a different excuse. They tried to say glass takes weeks to come from China (when the product is made of metal and wood this is irrelevant). After multiple complaints I was told my order would be prioritised and delivered that week. It never came and there were no updates or reasons why given. I was told they had to stop taking orders on this item as they could not fufill them but when I went on their site I could still order the product (so many times they said things that were not true). I rang again and again and was then told well now it is going to take a few weeks more for your order. When I asked why I was told it was a national problem with supplies and everyone else was the same. On visiting a good garden forum online I saw recommendations for Greenhouses Direct. Placed an order with them - 3 weeks to deliver (so clearly not "the same problem everyone is having"). Greenhousesrus may have poor suppliers that mean they can't fulfil orders but others do not. On top of which, GD gave excellent customer service and were polite, informative and friendly. As far as greenhousesrus are concerned I could have forgiven the delay of months for the product had they been truthful and supportive with their customer service but this was also another area in which they are completely ineffective.

Ordered greenhouse in October had not arrived by February so contacted them and was told they would ring back. Nothing heard. Email sent 23 March, no response. Telephoned again on 26 March and was told would be another 25 weeks. Cancelled the order. Do not bother with this company.

Absolute waste of space. Ordered some staging 5 or 6 weeks ago. Odd that the payment went out quickly. No answer to emails and their phone system doesn't allow you to leave a message... it is never answered. occasionally you may get someone to answer on the mobile number. But that only results in empty promises. In reply to the user who is going to cancel their order... best of luck as you can't get hold of them to cancel or get your money back... I am going to try small claikms court.

They were very helpful at the advice/order stage and the product was very competitively priced. We ordered it expecting delays due to the current industry problems because of Covid but it actually turned up earlier than predicted which was a bonus. We paid for the installation service which was done efficiently and well by Sam. Very happy

Excellent customer service and product. . I rang several companies in late January and most were not going to be able to deliver until the summer and were very expensive. Greenhousesrus talked me through their products and recommended a greenhouse that was not only considerably cheaper than a number of similar ones offered by other companies, it was also delivered and expertly fitted in March, a month earlier than publicised. It looks great and is very sturdy and I could not be more pleased with it!

Like the previous reviewers my experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling. I placed my order in February with an expected 7 day delivery, they took card details through Sagepay and confirmed via email that my order was being processed, since then, nothing. I have chased 3 times via email and messaging on their website but they have not responded. My patience has run out and I will be cancelling my order.

Purchase integrated staging for my greenhouse in January. Chased by phone after 4 weeks (I allowed a lot of time as I know demand for all greenhouse items is high) and was told I would have to wait several days before they could give me feedback. Smelling a rat I called the greenhouse supplier direct and they said there was no record of the order. Emailed GreenhousesRus asking for an update and never got a reply. Very disappointed as lead times are high and they sent an invoice and took card details, and never contacted me even when I have called and phoned them. I now have to find alternative supplier and start the order process again (with associated lead times now longer as demand only goes up during spring). They still have my card details and I have no idea if they will take payment at some point as they won't respond to my communications.

We had a fairly good experience with GreenhousesRus, up until the greenhouse was delivered. Andy told us he'd given us extra of the bar capping we'd ordered, but a few days later (when we finally came to put it on) we found we actually didn't have enough, by a long way. I emailed Andy but didn't hear anything back. I managed to get him on the phone and he said he'd contacted the company and they would send direct to us. But weeks later the issue wasn't resolved and we couldn't get hold of him anymore. Eventually I resolved our problem by contacting the manufacturer directly (they had never heard from him) and they sent the bar capping to me. So what had been a pretty good experience initially with GreenhousesRus ended really badly. There's no excuse for such poor customer service, especially when you're spending so much, and we definitely wouldn't recommend them now.
