Canada | 06 October 2024Very first day of use $50 tank made by Smok leaked like a sieve all over my desk. Total waste of money not to mention aggravating mess had to be cleaned. I have collection of 5 useless tanks. I have lost faith in professionalism of vape industry. I am throwing out $150 vaporizer. Take a lesson from me, don't waste your money. Update for my review - decided to not be hasty and refilled the tank and was surprised to find that the tank didn't leak again. This time I didn't leave the vaporizer on it's side and maybe that made the difference. Perhaps setting the device on it's side is a weakness of the design so I haven't done that again and it hasn't leaked again. I'm glad I gave the device a second chance and didn't throw it out.

A pris 4 jours pour deux échanges par courriel pour expliquer mon problème et ils ont pas voulu rien conseder pour des informations qui était pas clair achat. J'ai même proposer faire un entre deux et toujours rien donc je ne commande plus jamais la.

The courier they work also font answer phone at all. They just sent me an email, estimated delivery tonight 10:30pm?? I sleep at 10pm i wake up very early. Unbelievable. I am so regret. Never ll use this store again.

Canada | 09 July 2024Je suis une cliente depuis un certain temps et depuis ma dernière commande la semaine dernière je dois donner des preuves de ma commande, car ils n'ont jamais rien reçu de ma part.Pourtant je leur ai envoyé la preuve par capture d'écran du dépôt direct avec ma banque ainsi que la preuve de mon achat sur le site, mais pas de réponse satisfaisante et les réponses par courriel prennent beaucoup de temps.Mauvais service je dois dire,car lorsque c'est rendu que tu dois donner des preuves de ta propre commande ce n'est pas fort ...faites attention à l'avenir.

Canada | 30 May 2024I have been a faithful customer at 180 Smoke on Queen street for almost 4 year's I must say at this point that I had been smoking 3 packs a day while living in Mexico 🇲🇽 and could not stop I thank my sister who introduced me to the vaping experience. Since then I haven't picked up a cigarette again . I can now say that I no longer have a smokers cough nor the horrible smell of a cigarette. Apart from the fact that I can now put down the vape and walk away from it for very long periods of time something that I could never do with smoking. The staff at the Queen street location at the Beaches are so polite and accommodating that they really make you feel like a valued customer. Big shout out to John and Marqus and also the new girl who has just started there. They make sure that my order is always on time. Smoker's will tell me that vaping is worse than smoking but my own honest opinion is that by using the vaping session I now have the freedom from bondage and with that being said I know that I will be able to have the option to put down my vape when I choose to. It's a whole different feeling. Kudos to the team at 180 Smoke on Queen Street in the Beaches.

They shipped it to an incorrect address in a different city, refused to take any responsibility for it and when I asked to be refunded they ignored me and sent the order again. Rude and unprofessional, this is a trashy company and there are far better options. Stay away.

Canada | 29 February 2024As a long time client, I hoped for better. Rating would be lower based on recent experience but giving them the benefit of the doubt. The current support systems in place for online orders has changed since the last I called years ago. Now you are caught between an email and a phone where vm is the only option. My recent experience on the online order and delay had me sending multiple emails and vm’s with no response. A week and a half later the order was cancelled and payment funds not returned.

Je ne recommande pas les vapoteuses smoke moi j'ai eu de la joie en l achetant et tellement de deception en l'utilisant. Court circuit constent,je ne l'ai pas utiliser durant 6 mois justement parce que ce produit me procurait de la colère. Et maintenant elle ne marche plus. J'ai acheter la grosse arcfox kit TFV18 et elle ne marche déjà plus. Elle a 2 ans et ne recharge plus. J'ai d'abord crue a un méchanisme de protection de la pile. Une fois l'achat de mes nouvelles batteries complèté j'ai bien vue que le problème était plus grave puisque la vapoteuse ne charge pas les batteries neuves. Et maintenant avec le 1% de batterie que j'ai je ne peux meme pas l'utiliser car meme a 100w elle brûle comme si elle etait a 20w. Bref je ne vous recommande pas d'acheter la grosse vapoteuse et en plus payer 100$ de plus pour une tank plus stylé puisque son allure rebusque n'est ,encore une fois, qu'un leurre.

They're removing from my money, a" re-shelving fee!!"... really? Also, posted was paid!! They are taking this as well. I have contacted the better business bureau. You people should have recognized and copied the correct information for shipping . Take responsibility for your errors!! Thieves!
