Was easy trousers did need taken up a bit but was easly done suit blazer was even better in person very great quality suits was asked by many where i purchased as there better looking than your normal bland colour suits

Can’t fault these guys one bit I though the suits were too good to be true especially when they arrived 2 days after ordering but I was so wrong the fit design little details were on point and I am so happy with them !!!perfection to my wedding even a free return and exchange on a pair of trousers courtesy of them due to being too big thankyou guys

Placed an order for my son but was informed he had already bought a suit, emailed them literally a few mins after the order was placed to cancel, no reply the next day so emailed again to cancel, still no reply, called numours times and no answer, 2 days later revived an email back saying they posted it even after me emailing twice to cancel and calling, £20 delivery to ni is rediculous and expected me to pay to post it back and also lose the £20 delivery for them to send it even tho I'd emailed and called multiple times to cancel before it was even posted, customer services is absolutely shocking, also the suit itself is terrible quality, trousers are like paper, there's better quality in asda, the jacket is like something of shein *** JUST AN EDIT AS I CANNOT REPLY TO YOUR REPLY*** Firstly should I, or any other customer have to pay for a return and lose a further £20 from delivery due to your incompetence? Second, why does it take 2 days to reply to an email from your customers and also why is there no one there to answer the phone, I called 11 times I have just checked my call list? Lastly, your attitude in your reply above is an absolute joke, im glad your potential customers will see how you speak to customers and now will think twice about buying from you.

Reluctant to give refund, even though they are at fault. Ignoring emails, sizing is wrong compared to previous suit.

I got this suit last minute for a wedding and the customer service was second to none. Came in time for the wedding with days to spare to still try it on and looked so sharp. I had so many good comments and will be using these guys again. The value is insane!

I ordered a suit from these guys, it turned up small but I emailed about a refund. I sent it back and got a full refund processed straight away, the suit itself was Lovely and I will definitely be ordering the size up once the refund has gone into my bank.

Very speedy Exchange. I ordered the wrong size and realised I needed a slightly bigger size. I was able to return for an exchange of the larger size. The full process only around 5 days which I can’t complain about considering it was my mistake.
