Ordered hose for power washer and it arrived quickly, unfortunately it had the wrong connection and it took a couple of days but when we worked out the problem an additional fitting was sent out to fix the problem. When you have an issue and someone goes the extra bit to fix it you can’t ask more of them. Thanks

Excellent service, good prices, quality product !

Bought a replacement hose for my power washer. When it came it leaked massively. The previous one I bought split after 8 months even though we only use the washer for a day every 6 weeks or so. The parts are clearly poor quality. Rather than just sending a replacement immediately they ask for photos of leaks and prolong the returns process when we needed to get going with the washer.

ordered part from e bay first parcel went missing then resent .had confirmation it got delivered somewhere but not to me. e bay or this company wont help as its classed as delivered no part no money back . Will not reply to messages anymore

I am impressed with the quality of the product although i have not used it yet, but had to call in the local water company to clear the drain as the wrong product was delivered and it took several weeks to sort out the problem (mainly due to delivery problems).It then took several attempts to get the wrong item collected due to the courier not giving the required phone call when one hour away. I would like to say that Gerald tried his best sort out the problems and was always prompt with email updates.

Unfortunately both boxes (pressure sprayers) were heavily damaged, possibly in transit, who knows. They were gifts.

Product took over 10 days to arrive. I appreciate the postal strike may have affected delivery. Cleantec is responsible for getting the product to the customer in the 3 - 4 days stated. Use of an alternative courier may have been appropriate

Ordered 2 sets of seals only 1 arrived they posted another set out the next day great service !
