Everything provided fits well and is what is advertised. Two issues are one it time taken to deliver the part via Royal Mail and two the part supplied only lasted 6 months before breaking.

I had seen all the online reviews of the GTR Premium and decided I wanted to try it for myself. I ordered 5 Drums of Premium, which were delivered 2 days later on a pallet. I used the online resources to find out exactly how to use it and gave it a try. It is without doubt the best product I have used for cleaning concrete build up from Trucks, does exactly what it says it will and the online videos are very easy to follow.

Hi, purchased a replacement karcher hose in jan 2021,used it once and come to use it the other day, for the 2nd time only, Nov 2022 and it kept jumping out of the Karcher unit under pressure, noticed the black olive ring was missing of end connector and the other end connector olive was loose. e-mailed the company and told not under warranty, if it was 2 weeks after purchase might have looked at it but not 11 months, product not fit for service, its as much use as a back pocket in a vest, lesson learned. Just to add company did offer to repair at the cost of £22-65 plus the cost of postage, which wouldn't be far of the £43-00 i paid in the first place, Total Joke.

Brilliant service, superb product

Ordered a replacement hose in March 2022, which after fitting issues and a new hose being delivered in April, the new hose has already failed! Contacted Cleantec, they have advised that due to wear and tear, they do not warrant this product, although only 7 months light use Explained in original mail that only light use, the original hose lasted over 12 years, so I can only assume that this product is inferior to that supplied by Karcher. Unfortunately looks like false economy using this company’s products. Won’t be using again, hose shows no sign of damage, or wear, just split under pressure. Thanks for reaching out and asking for pictures, shame that after a chasing mail there is now radio silence for over a week, thanks Gerald.

Fast service next day delivery

Order 2 pressure washing hose reels in June and one of them is leaking and contacted them before saying it was leaking and contacted them again last week and now telling me I've got to pay for the part I think this is very poor customer service and would not recommend this company to anyone
