Fiz uma encomenda em que o estado do produto dizia “Última unidade”, no entanto hoje, 4 dias depois, recebi um email a informar que o pedido tinha sido cancelado, pelo facto de não estar em stock. Estão a fazer o reembolso, no entanto é frustrante…

Avis sur Oqium : Je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site. Après avoir passé une commande il y a deux semaines, je n'ai reçu aucun suivi de celle-ci. À ma grande surprise, je découvre que ma commande a été annulée sans aucune explication valable, et qu'elle aurait été remboursée, ce qui n'a jamais été le cas. Cette absence totale de communication et de transparence est inacceptable. Il est inadmissible qu'un client soit laissé dans l'ignorance pendant des semaines, pour finalement se voir privé de son argent sans aucune raison valable. Je vous recommande vivement d'éviter ce site à tout prix. Cette expérience a été très décevante et révélatrice d'un manque de sérieux et de professionnalisme de la part de Oqium. Fuyez ce site, c'est une affaire très sérieuse.

Ho ordinato 3 articoli, il 27 Aprile e dopo 3 giorni non ho ricevuto il trucking number per la spedizione bensi abbia pagato 14 euro per circa 2 kg . Ho scritto oggi una mail pensando di ricerverlo e mi hanno risposto che devo pazzientare senza darmi una data precisa!

I can’t recommend OQIUM enough.

Ordered Jordan shorts and a shirt. Delivery took too long. I contacted the service to tell them something went wrong, and they told me not to worry. In the end, I only got the shirt because the shorts were out of stock they say due to double orders. A few days later, the shorts were online, in stock, and for a higher price. I contacted the service desk with this issue, and they only thanked me for noticing.
