Ordered a pair of sneakers and after the initial confirmation,complete radio silence. E mail wasn't answered and phone wasn't being picked up. Had to go to the physical store to ask about the delivery. When the shoes finally arrived,it was the wrong size. Back to the physical store. They ordered the right size and I had them delivered to the store. Love the sneakers but it was impossible trying to get in touch by e mail or phone. If I ever buy there again I'll have them delivered to the store.

Le service de livraison est top. Le colis livré à temps et en bon état. Cependant pour le service d'échange, ça été compliqué. L’adresse mail ne fonctionne pas et j’ai du les contacter sur les réseaux sociaux pour au final voir ma commande annulé … Ça reste un super site mais ne vous trompez pas de taille

Hi Hello, unfortunately I have to give 1 star, my last order is missing a product, it's shoes Nike air Force one, I wrote 3 e-mails via the website but no response, also no telephone nr to call someone, I don't know what to do in this case. I feel cheated, maybe this way I will be contacted by the company to solve this problem.

Colis jamais arrivé après 1 mois, aucune mais je dis bien 0 réponses du service client que se soit aux appels ou mails, je vais me faire rembourser par ma banque normalement. En bref, ne commandez pas (de France ou Belgique) si vous ne voulez vous faire voler!

They should try to respond to phone calls when they have been called by the customers and let them know that as business owners your customers are always right and you have to listen to them not only by sending them mail that it takes time to respond to. Thanks and best regards.
