Took more than 2 weeks to ship and a part of the order got cancelled … Collecting sneakers for some years now and never won a raffle at Oqium …

J'ai passé une commande, et durant plusieurs semaines je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle. Après avoir envoyé des mails de réclamation, j'ai fini par obtenir un remboursement. C'est nul, je déconseille.

Great webshop. Had a (minor) problem in the ordering process burchten customer support was fast and solution focused. Order was placed easily after the assistance and the shoes arrived only a few days later.

Basketball shoes delayed and currently the whereabouts are unknown. I'm still willing to wait and see if they arrive but that's only for the time being. Overall everything else has ran smoothly, shipping came correct and track code came in quickly.
