We ordered LED replacements for metal halide 400 watt bulbs that would just screw in and use the ballast. They did not work properly with our fixtures. OEO exchanged them for ones that needed the ballast removed. It was simple to do and they work great. Now everyone can see how blue and dim the old lights were.

Very happy with our 400w Metal Halide replacement bulbs. The 20k Lumen LED's are brighter and whiter than the old bulbs and easy replacement. We took advantage of the 30-day trial offer, but there was no need to worry because these bulbs are perfect. We started with 10 bulbs, but will be ordering more over time to upgrade all of our fixtures. OEO is very easy to work with and made the process easy.

First I want to apologize to Matt for taking so long to get this review posted. Matt is the OEO Representitive that aided me in making the best purchase for MY needs. Throughout several phone calls he answered all my questions, most of them several times while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and the patience of a saint, what I needed to buy and why I needed to buy it. By the end I felt educated enough that I was very confident that I was purchasing the exact product to meet or exceed my needs. He was definitely the best part of my experience but the quality of the product and the service required to complete the order is a very close second. I received the product in 3-4 days, not working days either, almost a week before expected. The color and intensity of the light is amazing compared to any light source we've used in the past and no humming, flickering or excessive heat buildup. I've installed 3 of the lights so far and 3 left to install. It is the easiest switch out I've ever done. If I hadn't switched out the old fixtures with florescent fixtures all it would have required was unscrewing one bulb and screwing in the new OEO LED bulb. I will need more bulbs in the future to complete the whole switch out and I WILL be getting them from OEO Energy Solutions. And I will be asking for Matt again! He is a invaluable asset to OEO. I would find a way to keep him there!

Customer service and LED Conversion lights were better than hoped for.

Am extremely pleased with the LED light fixtures. High quality products, very prompt shipping at a fair shipping cost. Our salesman Kent went "above-and-beyond" to get us the right fixtures at an honest price. Kent even took off the Focus on Energy rebate from Alliant Energy for a decreased initial investment. So far, I have recommended this company to two neighboring businesses as well as a local electrician we work with. Did a fair amount of prior research with similar products; rest assured you will not do better elsewhere for your quality value!!! I would give them 10 stars!!!
