First learned about OEO from an ad in Southwest Airlines Magazine 3 years ago.. Clipped the ad, called them and the rest is history. Needed to replace high bay metal halide bulbs with LED. Greg was extremely helpful with his recommendations for our application. We've been replacing the old bulbs with the new LED's as they burn out. OEO and Greg have been great to work with! Highly recommend them.

Their after sale warranty service is the best. Very easy to communicate with and the response is very prompt. I would give them a 5 star rating except for the fact that their EZ LED originals that we installed 2+ years ago appear to have a high failure rate in our facility (6-8% / year). To be fair to OEO, they have been providing me with awesome warranty service and are replacing the failed lights with the EZ LED EV1-S model which seems to be performing better. I highly recommend this company.

Retrofit bay LED lights worked great. One went bad and they immediately sent a replacement.

To whom it may concern, I've a new customer to OEO. I started doing business on November of 2017 with the help of Mr. John Einarsen on LED retrofit installations. Where I'm located I Imperial Valley County Ca. We have a large production of vegetable's and cold room facility's and all there lighting are HID fixtures. Business was slow for Hernandez Electric I decided to open a window with LED lighting just for savings. On my computer a pop up when I was surging came up OEO MMM! well let try it I called but where I'm from we're 3 hrs. different so it was 5 or 6 Ohio time so it was after hours. I left a message ok maybe a week or so probably get a call. well my phone rang and Hi THIS IS JOHN FROM OEO RETURING YOUR CALL WOW!!! from that point I got introduce to Robby, Brian and staff. in a short period of time we have accomplish 7- projects that's almost one a month. Hernandez Electric Inc. would not have this outstanding grow of my company if it wasn't for the outstanding support of Mr. Einarsen and staff. Product is excellent! Service is even better. Had 14 of the 400 watt for about a year and one quit working. Called and they apologized and sent me a new one in 3 days.
